This sensation seems to occur when I “surrender to Love”, as you mentioned before. The more I surrender, the more sensitive I am to my feelings and body. This isn’t the first time I experienced this phenomena last night. I was not meditating and I wasn’t tripping in the sense that I planned to trip (the only substance I took was high CBD oil, which isn’t even supposed to be psychoactive). This shift seems to have occurred spontaneously, but subsided when I fell asleep.

I feel like writing helps me process how I feel and allows me to communicate new ideas to myself. Poetry is beautiful because you can get really abstract

The way you phrase your prompts is going to make or break you. Try asking it in a different way.

Being completely passionate about what you’re doing is key. Just like how a musician can perform on stage for hours and still maintain that vibrant energy all throughout the show.

Whether or not that actually happens will be completely irrelevant in the next moment. Let’s not worry about such matters when you could be imagining something completely more caring and loving towards yourself.
