  2. I have experienced what @PenguinPablo mentioned many times. However, despite fearing that those paralyzing and terrifying experiences will never end, they inevitably do. I just surrender to the experience without trying to control it.

  4. Interesting… my tinnitus appeared around the same time I started doing that method. I never considered that a possibility.

  14. I used to get it in my left ear regularly (level 3-5) and it would last for several seconds. It was never too loud or painful. Dunno what stopped it from happening regularly. Maybe medication change, going to the ear doctor, lifestyle changes all contributed.
  15. Don’t forget that set and setting are important. Were these study participants doing shrooms in a controlled laboratory with materialist scientists? Did they have any spiritual background? We don’t know!
