@Bobby_2021 One of my attachments is needing to do things a particular or “right” way. It’s a challenge to actually break those rules I’m attached to, but when I, I realize that my original assumptions were wrong. And that opens up the door, too

I should also mention that those 6 months were hell. So it’s not as easy as give psychedelics to people with mental health conditions and that’s it. I actually ended up in an intensive outpatient program due to how much emotional pain and suffering the ketamine brought up. It was a key part of my healing, nonetheless. It would’ve been ideal had there been a mental healthcare system that would help patients post-psychedelics treatment. As of this time, you have to figure all of that out on your own with very little clarity on where to even go. I suspect all of this will become a reality in the next few decades, but I don’t have a few decades. So I decided to test it out myself and not wait for society and science to catch up.

It’s why I advocate for psychedelics to be used more in the mental health field. I discovered that therapist only 6 months after my ketamine trips.
