Just found out that Project 2025 is also known as the Presidential Transition Project. Jeez, I thought conservatives were against children transitioning… they are really the children here.

Testing that with family is a challenge.. may even require a cultural war, so to speak.

Reminds me of Pokémon, that’s why it has such mass appeal. However, ROM hacks of the old games are still being developed to this day which makes the original games much more challenging. Of course, only a niché audience can appreciate it.

How do you accommodate for a whole bunch of people who are thoroughly convinced that their past reality is the only reality that exists?

I am also into social taboos, but I surround myself with others who are into it as well. Not everyone will understand, and that’s perfectly fine. The problem, perhaps, is you’re sharing passionately with those who have no idea or care about what you’re sharing. Then you feel shame and assume that something is wrong with you… when all along you’re just sharing with the wrong crowd.
