  5. My sister introduced me to sparkling water a few months ago. I now enjoy drinking it regularly. Lots of flavors to choose from and no sugar. Any brand that the store sells I’ll take. Have you tried sparkling water before?

  8. There is a good reason why we use fiber connection and no longer dial-up. Yet dial-up was necessary to learn how to create fiber. But, also, you wouldn't really desire or care to go back to dial-up once you integrate fiber.

  14. Makes me realize that I need to seriously eat more vegetables and less meat. Dr. Furman does make a good point about that. I disagree with him about olive oil though. I think the extra virgin is top tier.
