The violence is old as ever. Is we behave like animals now, imagine in the past -
And example of the problem of looking for Love to be externaly sourced, a conversation between two women: Woman 1 “it’s not a crush, it’s just limerance” “you’re not in love, you just have attachment issues” can we stop pathologizing some of the best parts of human existence for 5 seconds I’m begging Woman 2 I once said, with a touch of hyperbole and whimsy, that I wish someone would love me in a cosmic adoration kind of way and a man came into the comments saying, "That's just projection. Sorry to be honest but you should be able to handle it." I blocked that condescending wimp. I recall seeing his posts about him loathing unsolicited advices, yet he himself was the type who jumped into people's comments intellectualizing everything and preaching his opinion like it was the truth.

Just smashed few minutes ago a giant red centipede in my livingroom. I thought was a small snake when I saw the cats playing with it. In this times is quasi impossible to say I am not acting from survival. The animal was not directy offering me any threat than a future possible threat of biting me or the cats, so I killed it. This is how real the dream can get. Freaking God

Asked Claude the best timeless ways to raise consciousness Here is it Throughout history, various traditions and practices have consistently helped people expand their awareness and deepen their understanding of themselves and reality. Here are some of the most enduring approaches: Contemplative Practices Meditation in its many forms - from mindfulness to contemplative prayer - has been used across cultures for millennia to quiet mental chatter and cultivate present-moment awareness. Regular practice helps develop the ability to observe thoughts and emotions without being overwhelmed by them. Self-Inquiry and Reflection The ancient practice of examining one's thoughts, motivations, and patterns through journaling, philosophical inquiry, or simply asking deep questions like "Who am I?" or "What is my purpose?" This includes regular examination of conscience and honest self-assessment. Study of Wisdom Traditions Engaging with philosophical, spiritual, and psychological texts that explore the nature of consciousness, meaning, and human experience. This might include everything from Stoic philosophy to Buddhist texts to modern psychology. Service to Others Acts of compassion and service naturally expand perspective beyond the self. This practice appears in virtually every wisdom tradition as a way to develop empathy and recognize interconnectedness. Time in Nature Spending time in natural settings has consistently helped humans gain perspective, reduce ego-driven thinking, and feel connected to something larger than themselves. Creative Expression Art, music, writing, and other creative pursuits can access deeper levels of consciousness and provide insights that purely rational thinking cannot reach. Mindful Living Bringing conscious attention to daily activities - eating, walking, working - rather than operating on autopilot. This includes practicing gratitude and cultivating awareness of the present moment. Disciplined Study Whether through formal education or self-directed learning, expanding knowledge about the world, human nature, and different ways of thinking broadens perspective and understanding. Community and Meaningful Relationships Deep, honest relationships with others provide mirrors for self-understanding and opportunities to practice compassion, forgiveness, and authentic communication. Physical Practices Movement, breathwork, and body awareness practices help integrate mind and body, often leading to insights that purely mental approaches cannot provide. The key is consistency and sincerity in whatever practices resonate most deeply with you, rather than trying to do everything at once.

The boy have a coffee or decaf coffee with him and he is saying to the flower: Well, i just drink decaf you know.. and he keep talking as it was a person. Imagination is all

Same with US. Build on Stolen land, Native Genocide and Slavery, with a constitution where "We The People" means "We the White people " But not getting US as the scapegoat, this shit is old as the first City-States.

True, but people dont automaticaly jump out of conceptualization without conceptualizing a lot at first. there is where Leo and many others who dare to point towards the pointeless aim to do. To give oportunities for others stumble into it. I feel like Leo is more a facilitator of Awakening than any other thing. And still it dont get any easier. How many times I tried to talk people into the obviousness of what Reality is, in many ways, and still in vain, sometimes even being gasligthed. So at least Leo keep trying. Call it compassion if you will.

When I read this conversarions here the only thing that comes to mind is a Text from Huang Po called Transmission of Mind.
