One thing about Understanding. We can for example reach some level of Understanding about the workings of the body, cells,digestion and even the neurobiology involved in the process of reaching Understanding, but the whole apparatus to reach this Understanding is ready set, i mean, you already have something that generated the apparatus that you use to reach the Understanding of the apparatus.
