For me Tate issue apart, the most important asset I saw in Leo' s video and an asset that I realized years ago that would be great to have is the capacity to dont be fooled by anyone. Starting with people all around me but going to the level where I can see how I fool myself. Even to be fooled by other you need to fool yourself first. I super easy to speak anything in this Forum when the account is just a nickname and a random picture. Even Tate had the balls to expose himself to the public with no Fear. For me would be easy to put an emoji as my profile picture and another name that not my real name so I could speak willy nilly whatever I want and not have that attached with me , i mean ,feels nice to be annon dosent? I watched in Netflix in Portugal. Netflix deliver different content depending of the region you live? But I dont know why this Doc is not allowed everywhere. Is so beautifull, the human connection reflected on it. Even gave me desire to travel to that place, just for the peaceful vibe it have.

Sometimes I ask myself if people here are ever watched all Actualized.org videos. From my personal experience I notice how my own voice, tonality clarity and flow in discurse are when I am clean in my diet, my exercice routine and other allingment practices. Basicaly what we see in Leo is the result of his inner and outter work. I dont make videos in youtube but I sing in Live concerts and I can feel clearly how my habits impact the way I perform and even my hability to sing from the heart. What we see in Leo is the fruition of his work, of unravelling the mind from all the obscructions and unecessary turmoil so it can flow easily and respond according to what is needed to say and do in every moment. Is good to admire fine art when we see it.

Is simillar to the track I use too. For me, I feel the pain when I sidetrack from meditation, contemplation and observing my thoughts. Then I forgive myself for sidetrack and come back on track from where I remember I had lost track.

For me if a talking head annoys me for the slow, mumbly way of speaking or even stuttering I simply stop listening the person for sometime or just stop listening completly. And honestly, even Leo Gura in his early videos, I could not follow it. Maybe even he himself cringe listening his early self. And I would understand since I dont miss at all the self I was 3 years ago, ot even the self I was last year. But today I like his way of deliver his message, what I cant listen is a Mooji ( sound stoned for me) or a Sadguru or Osho. Imagine a 3 hours video of Osho about any topic. I would sleep in the first 10 minutes. Maybe Lex think his way of speaking is romantic or so. Or he is inspired in the Rocky Balboa style.

If there was not need to violence to exist it would not exist. Anything possible to exist will exist and guess what, everything is infinitly possible to exist. Point one thing that would not be possible to exist, bring up in your mind now, something you think that would be impossible to exist. There you have, even if is existing only as an ideia in your mind, is existing. You can fool yourself into denial that something should or could not exist, but in the direct moment of your denial it is existing. I cant belive violence out of existence. If you can do it, so make it, and then you dont need to make questions in a forum about if World peace would be nice. Would really be nice? For who? For the lion? For the gazelle? What is peace? There is a time when one need to stop trying to imagine things out of existence or into existence and embrace existence as it is, the peace of embrace all of you. I don’t like violence because deep down ,violence is something that represents a threat to the survival of "me". Because we know that today or tomorrow violence may be catch me and that would be the end of this "me". So, who is this "me" that would like the world to be in peace in order to be nice?

Lets be honest, we kind of like the whole drama. As Leo said once in a video, if there was a movie with two peacefull characters looking to each other in silence we would get bored. Personaly, I noticed it when I was watching Avatar, the peaceful scenes were only relaxing due to the carnage from the violent scenes. We say we would love a shanti,shanti world and "only joy", but how much of our lifes are dedicated to cultivate joy? Then I was asking myself in the Theater, in my inner chat: - So, you do love peace,joy,serenity , but here you are getting all excited with all this explosions and blue aliens trespassing humans with giant Spears. And you are even paying o see it. Cheerleading to the blue ones to win and send those greedy heartless humans to their own dying planet. Is easy to talk about the, emprisonment, mess, pain, jail, lawsuits, confusion in the life others as long as that mess is not happening to me, but when is with me is not that funny.
