Have you seen the netflix movie that's just come out about the cyber attack? In 2024 there is predicted that there is a 10% chance of the entire internet being wiped out for weeks or months on end because it will be the year with the highest solar flare activity in a decade. Imagine what that would do. Our world as we know it would collapse. Guess these guys are preparing for something like that. Ps: this is not some conspiracy theory look it up.

Do like Bryan Johnson. Stregth training + cardio this is the best healthiest thing to do period. Do whatever combination of those two things you like but get your muscles engaged and your cardio in.

@Sabth I see brother. Go out and give cv's to hospitality industry. Get any job, the experience will be a positive one. Don't worry about the salary just think it as something that will help you grow.
