@Michael569 I also forgot to mention intermittent fasting (eating 2 meals a day) preferably every day of the week if not 5-6 days.

I want to know how to stay young and healthy for a long time. I want to know what other things I can do that are not quemical based like popping pills or taking unproven scientific concoctions. Some of the advice I've received over the years has been: 1. Do exercise (cardiovascular and also strength based) 2. Sleep (8 hours a day) 3. Food and diet ( vegetarian or vegan with no processed food) 4. Social connection (with a parter, friends etc.) 5. A life purpose ( a reason for waking up every morning) 6. Reduced stress 7. Sunscreen (keep that nasty radiation at bay) 8. Hot and cold exposure

So I'm currently at university. Every so often I get homework where I have to spend hours searching for information on a given topic on the web (mind numbing boring work). I've discovered that I can save loads of time if I just ask the AI to find the information for me. However this brings up conflict in me. It feels wrong to use such a powerful tool to basically help me save loads of time searching on the web for the assignments I'm given. I guess my question Is whether it ethical and ok to use this tool for such an end? What are your thoughts?

@Danioover9000 Thanks! ? I guess what I'm most worried about is just this, relegating my work to an AI and in the process loosing a good work ethic. This is why it feels wrong and why I don't feel right using these technologies. I am deeply aware of how the mentality of working hard will pay dividends in the future. -

@Matt23 "efficiency is good as long as it stays within the bounds of your integrity." I like how you said that. Thank you! ? -

@Osaid yes, in my case I'm not really interested in what I'm learning and my goal is to free up time to do more work for other classes that require it. -
I'd dramatically increase your fruit intake and maybe even make it as much as half of all the food you eat but the other half would be nuts, seeds, legumes, vegetables and whole grains. The key is to eat a clean diet devoid of processed foods, sugar (except natural like that found in fruit), reduced salt and if you want to or not include meat in it. Another key is variety, eat as much variety as possible to make sure you are getting all the micronutrients you need. This is the healthiest diet for the majority of humans on this planet but it does depend on many things.

So probably I didn't stumble onto this forum by chance. Like most people on the actualized forum I share certain views and ideas that I don't see being openly discussed or mentioned in the world around me. Every time this leaves me sad and feeling isolated as I'm unable to have a conversation with other around me without freaking them out or thinking I'm a little bit nuts. So what causes a person to have so called higher or lower consciousness? Is there even such a thing? Why are there such few people like us out there? Some people talk about starseeds. Just to make it clear I believe that this is total BS but it does leave me wondering what is it that has always drawn me to seeking answers, seeking truth. Is it education, survival security, loving upbringing that allows an individual to seek such things, or is it genetic? Are some of us born into this world to make it a better place like the starseed people claim and is there really a spiritual component to it? Is it a bit of everything?

I was just thinking about this right now bro! Also interested in the answer. I was thinking of the example of Infinite Waters and Leo. Two Spiritual teachers, yet so different in how they teach. I'm sure if they both had a conversation they would disagree on so many points. Or imagine a debate between Ralph from infinite waters, Teal Swan, Andrew Tate and Leo about the nature of reality. This would be hilarious! ??? -

https://youtu.be/tnL01eZmdME Ralph Smart from infinite waters take on the situation. It seems to me Ralph smart does nothing but talk out of his ass these days and running an effective well oiled cult. -
Taken this past Summer it's among my more favourable pictures

Thank you everyone for your input ??? -
What will society be like in the future? Mentality in 100, 1000 years? What about religion? Will society be more closed or open? Etc.
