  1. @Basman Hey man are you Danish? Lived in Denmark for 3 years. What a beautiful country!
  2. Hey man just start. Documentaries are great for learning. Just start watching documentaries on anything and everything that you find interesting. With time and dedication you will just learn. I started out similar to you (even though I did have a really good education). I wanted to dedicate time to learn and for 7+ years I've watched thousands of documentaries on every subject imaginable and read 100s of non fiction books on every topic imaginable. I made the decision at 18 and now at 25 I'm extremely thankful for that decision.
  3. I have no previous experience with psychedelics. Would it be ok to go straight for the holy grail 5 meo dmt or is working your way up to it a must? Thanks!
  4. @OBEler I live in New Zealand where these substances are illegal. How could I get a hold of them? This is the only reason why my plan is to do a retreat in Portugal or Mexico.
  5. @OBEler Thank you! Yes, my idea is to do it at a retreat at some point next year with experienced shaman/teacher.
  6. @Leo Gura Thank you for your advice 🙏
  7. @Leo Gura what about investing in index funds for the long term (10+ years) would you trust this strategy?
  8. Lived in Denmark for 4 years. The racism others have mentioned is real. Most of them don't like anyone who's not Danish. Btw same goes for Norway however norway is somewhat better.
  9. Today as I lay in my bed I though about my best possible life. Something I've always thought was being whole food plant based vegan. I've been a mostly whole foods pescetarian for about 3 years but I feel this is not going to cut it any longer. For health, for the animals and for planetary health this is the choice I believe is the best for 90%+ of all people on the planet. The other 10% I leave room for people with health or genetics who could not live on a vegan lifestyle. So why don't we do it? Because honestly it's hard AF to give up on the foods you love. It means stopping your unconscious habits. As I said. In my best life I'm vegan. Today started the first day of this one month trial. I don't expect much to change as I already am pretty healthy. However 1 month will give me time to get rid of a need to consume non vegan stuff and after this one month trial hopefully I'll just stick with it. I will report back after 1 month. Signing out. 🫡
  10. One month Update* So it is surprising. The most signnificant change in the past month has been that my state of conciousness has become lighter in a slight yet undescribable way. This is really hard to explain and there are no real words to describe it. Overall I just feel lighter and maybe a little more open and less controlling of situations. Nothing else has changed. I've only supplemented B12 vitamin daily which I purchased in my local farmacy and had a very good mix of 40+ different plants a week. Every day I had fruits, nuts, seeds, grains, vegetables. No deterioration in health or feeling weak. Overall a success and will keep at it and maybe report here if any new changes come up.
  11. Hi there! I've just created a GPT to help people find long 1+ hour videos on any subject they'd like to learn. I know that maybe fans of Leo's content like his long form syle of videos so I created a GPT that can help you find audio visual content like his for an in depth understading of any topic of your choice. I'll leave you all the link below: https://chat.openai.com/g/g-GT8Q85Vou-visual-learner Ps: You must be a Chatgpt plus member to use it. pps: leave me any suggestions below on how I could improve it.
  12. In my case it was a battle. I tried to quit failed, tried to quit failed again and on and on for some years. Every time I came back stronger though and with less craving. Now finally I don't consume sugar any more and just stick to fruit.
  13. From a health perspective fish may be a good choice. Good luck with your health issues let us know if you get better through this experiment.

  15. Lakshadweep Islands India. Never even heard of this place! 🤯
  16. @BlueOak I enjoyed reading this, thanks! 🙏
  17. At around the 12 minute mark of the 3rd episode it is mentioned that they may fake an alien invasion. This is funny cause this is the same thing the Infinite waters guy keeps saying. (Ps I still think Ralph smart from infinite waters is half crazy so take anything he says with a grain of salt).
  18. Today there was a second meeting with the inspector general but it was privately held. Very important. More public meetings are coming like the one with David Grush in June of 2023. Also new 3 part documentary on TMZ called UFO Revolution just dropped which has new leaked footage of the Jellyfish UFO. News Nation has been reporting on all this if anyone is interested to find out more.
  19. Most sources seem to indicate that 2024 is the year. Some sources even claim that the US is going to stage a fake alien invasion to bring people to come with this reality. What are your thoughts? If not 2024 when?
  20. at 5100m above sea level this is the highest human settlement in the world.
  21. I watch most of his content. Even though probably it's not perfect he is by far the one who takes this anti ageing thing the most seriously. Compared to him stuff other anti ageing experts do is a joke! This guy is a true gift to the anti ageing community. Note that he's also always trying to improve. If something doesn't work based on measurements he tries something else.
  22. I can't emphasize enough how much proper education in nutrition contributes to your success or failure in this endeavour.
