  1. Good luck man!

  3. So like now that it's winter when I go to bed I purposely cover myself with less blankets to feel colder, sometimes to the point of low grade shivering at night. I don't have money for those expensive cold therapies and I don't have a frozen lake to swim in. Is this a effective method to experience the benefits of cold exposure? Any other suggestions apart from cold showers?
  4. https://www.bbc.com/news/live/world-us-canada-64627059 Briefing today at 18:00 GMT Figure 0.1% chance of being extra terrestrials and 99.9% Russian or Chinese. Still interesting though.
  5. Hey anybody know when the bing chatgpt will come out? I'm in Spain and it says I'm on a waiting list.
  6. The bing version at least on paper sounds really cool! To be able to get key points from websites and pdfs and compare them to other sources? So cool! This is in its infancy stage I wonder how amazing this tech will be in the next couple of years!
  7. I don't know how many of you have heard this recent song that's blown up by Shakira. In the music she basically fumes on her ex Pique and hates on his new partner. Here is the link to the lyrics for anyone interested in this: https://genius.com/Bizarrap-and-shakira-shakira-bzrp-music-sessions-vol-53-lyrics Outside of who wronged who I was wondering about the energy that is transmitted. I believe that no matter what happens you should always have respect for another and if you can't, just walk away from a bad situation. I would like other people's thoughts on this. I feel like one of the basic things one has to do is how Leo talks about taking 100% responsibility and even if you where wronged work through it and move on. Why the need to hurt another in the process? Sorry if I haven't explained myself very well.
  8. His philosophy, the extreme way he lives his life? Do you think psyquedelics could make him change his life? Make him see it in a different way?
  9. @Leo Gura you mean David's philosophy?
  10. @r0ckyreed I don't know. Ifeel he's stuck in his persona. I don't know how to decribe it exactly. I may be wrong.
  11. @Shawn PhilipsPhilipI was thinking the same thing as I was watching the video.
  12. @Michael569 I also forgot to mention intermittent fasting (eating 2 meals a day) preferably every day of the week if not 5-6 days.
  13. I want to know how to stay young and healthy for a long time. I want to know what other things I can do that are not quemical based like popping pills or taking unproven scientific concoctions. Some of the advice I've received over the years has been: 1. Do exercise (cardiovascular and also strength based) 2. Sleep (8 hours a day) 3. Food and diet ( vegetarian or vegan with no processed food) 4. Social connection (with a parter, friends etc.) 5. A life purpose ( a reason for waking up every morning) 6. Reduced stress 7. Sunscreen (keep that nasty radiation at bay) 8. Hot and cold exposure
  14. @Michael569 wow! Thank you this was really insightful!
  15. So I'm currently at university. Every so often I get homework where I have to spend hours searching for information on a given topic on the web (mind numbing boring work). I've discovered that I can save loads of time if I just ask the AI to find the information for me. However this brings up conflict in me. It feels wrong to use such a powerful tool to basically help me save loads of time searching on the web for the assignments I'm given. I guess my question Is whether it ethical and ok to use this tool for such an end? What are your thoughts?
  16. @How to be wise agreed, this tech is so sick!
  17. @Danioover9000 Thanks! ? I guess what I'm most worried about is just this, relegating my work to an AI and in the process loosing a good work ethic. This is why it feels wrong and why I don't feel right using these technologies. I am deeply aware of how the mentality of working hard will pay dividends in the future.
  18. @Matt23 "efficiency is good as long as it stays within the bounds of your integrity." I like how you said that. Thank you! ?
  19. @KH2 can you please explain what you mean?
  20. @Osaid yes, in my case I'm not really interested in what I'm learning and my goal is to free up time to do more work for other classes that require it.
  21. I'd dramatically increase your fruit intake and maybe even make it as much as half of all the food you eat but the other half would be nuts, seeds, legumes, vegetables and whole grains. The key is to eat a clean diet devoid of processed foods, sugar (except natural like that found in fruit), reduced salt and if you want to or not include meat in it. Another key is variety, eat as much variety as possible to make sure you are getting all the micronutrients you need. This is the healthiest diet for the majority of humans on this planet but it does depend on many things.
