  1. You have to do you mate. General rule... diversify. Add more variety is generally a good rule of thumb removing all processes food and sugars. However there are 8 billion of us walking on the planet each with our own unique genetics and needs. If it works for you and you have no side effects cool. However I feel that since you're posting here it may be that you are not totally convinced of your food choices. In my personal case, I usually get between 35-40 different plants a week and fish naybe 3-4 times a week. All clean, no sugar and everything cooked at home.
  2. Even though I've watched many documentaries about the subject of poverty it still made me tremendously sad to see this latest post on Leo's blog about the brick layers. I've lived in Africa for 6 years and saw all of this first-hand. I just want to say that whatever work you end up doing make sure you are helping make the world a better place for everyone. Work hard so someday you are in a position to make a positive change in the lives of others and the environment. Nothing else is worth pursuing. Peace and love and I wish you all a happy week. ?
  3. @Schizophonia To answer your question in my particular case it's a lot of fun. I actually enjoy the process of doing everything in my power to be as healthy as possible. It's fun, like a game.
  4. Currently listening to the audiobook and it's very entertaining ??
  5. It's Important to mention this yes...
  6. Tale out you pocorn peeps because 2023's most anticipated drama is about to go begin! ?
  7. So first of all no, I don't want to waste my time trying to aquire these abilities this question is just out of interest. From various books and videos I've seen there seem to be a lot of sages, gurus who have had incredible claimed abilities such as living to 150 years, materialize objects out of thin air, savants who can read other peoples thoughts, near death experiences etc. My life is so boring, I've never had a NDE, never met anyone who even knew of someone with these abilities. I've never seen UFO'S or any of this other wacky shit. If even some of this stuff is real why is it not know or supressed? Why aren't we all taught in schools about how through practice you can materialize objects like guru X did or how to learn to read people's minds like savant Y did. Why do we as a society deny these powers. Is this all stuff that people made up or is it real? Leo please I want your input. I can already see it. Some people will say yes it's true others will say it's not. I'm so confused and just want to know if these seeming magical abilities really do exist.
  8. I've just finished studying a forestry degree in which I will spend a lot of time doing manual fisical work such as planting native species, use of chainsaws etc. Anybody here who knows what tends to happen when several industries become obsolete due to an emerging technology and another remains unchanged such as agrarian and forestry (at least in the short term)? So will my kind of manual work become better paid and more sought after or not really. I'm asking because it's my survival and future we are talking about here. Thanks!
  9. Guys this technology is getting too crazy! Latest ColdFusion video on the subject: https://youtu.be/DIU48QL5Cyk
  10. ???
  11. So I eat a very healthy pescatarian diet with 35-40+ plants a week some sardines and tuna. No processed food, no sugar. However I consume a lot of salt...like A LOT. I haven't been able to find any good data on what effects this excess salt could have on my health in the long term taking into account that everything else about my diet is almost as good as it can get. Anybody can let me know? Is it ok to eat high amounts of salt if everything else is in check? What peoblems could I be facing in the future?
  12. recent documentary on the subject.
  13. Thank you everyone for your inputs. ?
  14. @Leo Gura In my particular case, for my particular life goals.
  15. @Leo Gura I don't assume anything. Just want to know if this stuff is real or not. I don't care about acquiring these abilities it's a waste of time. Cool if you have them but it's not a life pursuit worth pursuing in my opinion. Yet it's nice to know magic is real
  16. @Leo Gura Yup it's a waste of time but still interesting to see happen.
  17. Sai Baba Materialization
  18. video of materialisation from thin air
  19. Thanks for the input! ?
  20. With god knows how many vitamins, minerals etc athletic greens sounds like one of the most complete supplements on the market (at a hefty price I may add). Yet research seems to indicate that most supplements do little to nothing for people. Anybody have long term 1+ years experience with the product? Have you noticed improvements in health improvements?
  21. @Michael569 wow! That article is a great read thanks! ?
  22. I'm sorry you experienced this. Please don't let it stop you from pursuing healthy goals and a healthy relationship with food. You tried it, it wasn't for you but thats ok.
  23. Thank you everyone! ?
  24. @aurum 3-4 means a day with 1-2 teaspoons worth of salt in each meal. I want to cut down but before doing that I want to know possible side effects but taking into account that the rest of my diet, exercise, sleep etc is in check.
