Hey so I'm 24 and before the age of 30 I want to take Ayahuasca and 5 meo dmt. I just want to know what other people's experiences have been like and if it is worth for me to take it at such a young age? Note by then I'll probably have the survival basics covered.

@Adrian colby thank you for your story it was a very interesting read. ?

It may end with a nuclear bomb being dropped. Lets hope not. -
Let's say hypothetically you won 100 million dollars. What would you do now? My answer: 1. Invest 5 mil or so, so as to never have to worry about money again. 2. Burn through Karma. 3. Travel the whole world and learn from people and cultures (Number one would be South America and Ayahuasca, 5 Meo DMT of course) 4. Once I have my steady cash investments donate the rest to various projects that are helping people fight poverty, education, sanitation etc.

Yes I'm interested in his question as well. Anybody who has switched to 100% organic do you feel the difference in your health or is it only sort of like in the long term you'll be healthier for longer but nothing changes in your immediate experience?

Thank you for this thread! I will keep up with updates! ?? -
I stumbled upon videos and podcasts a couple of years ago but stopped keeping up to date. I saw on the news last week about the NASA UFO panel and this reignited my interest. Is the topic still relevant and worthy of attention? Have there been any major updates since a couple of years ago? Lastly where are the aliens??? Hahaha.

Would love to see both topics covered.

Thought I'd share this one:

Definitely stuff such as the simulated sunlight could be better achieved by actually going out in the sun as there are a complex array of processes that happen when we expose ourselves to natural sunlight that can't be achived by stimulating it with a lamp.

@Phil King amen brother. The motivation has to come from inside. Don't tell others, don't post it just do it for you. And for god's sake don't compare your progress with anyone elses. Make it your own journey. Start with as much or as little as you can and day after day increase a little bit. If you do one push up today tommorow you do two and the next day 3. If yoy run for 2 minutes this week every day next week yoy run 3 min every day etc.

Check out the European Solidarity Corps. https://youth.europa.eu/solidarity/young-people/volunteering_en It is a volunteer program for youth in Europe to be able to do good in all manner of projects all over Europe. For projects lasting over a month, they pay for your travel (there and back), your food, your accomodation and even give you pocket money. I participated last year in a 3 month project in summer helping in wildlife restoration in portugal. You get to travel, meet people and make a difference! No strings attached. Now if you have nothing to do this summer or want a gap year but have no money for travel go out there and make a difference! Note: this is not bullshit. It's literally almost too good to be true. For American citizens you have something similar called the peace corps. Contact me if you have any questions about how to set up a profile or anything else and I'll try my best to answer all your questions.

@Growly why? Nope not really hahaha I'm really bad at that among other things.

You have to do you mate. General rule... diversify. Add more variety is generally a good rule of thumb removing all processes food and sugars. However there are 8 billion of us walking on the planet each with our own unique genetics and needs. If it works for you and you have no side effects cool. However I feel that since you're posting here it may be that you are not totally convinced of your food choices. In my personal case, I usually get between 35-40 different plants a week and fish naybe 3-4 times a week. All clean, no sugar and everything cooked at home.

Even though I've watched many documentaries about the subject of poverty it still made me tremendously sad to see this latest post on Leo's blog about the brick layers. I've lived in Africa for 6 years and saw all of this first-hand. I just want to say that whatever work you end up doing make sure you are helping make the world a better place for everyone. Work hard so someday you are in a position to make a positive change in the lives of others and the environment. Nothing else is worth pursuing. Peace and love and I wish you all a happy week. ?
