So, yeah, to experiment and enhance my overall life, i tried to microdose, most people use lsd or magic mushroom But hell, 5meomalt is just too intense that even at lower dose it just makes me realise that i am god, even more than at higher doses It just gives me bunch of insight that i am missing, practical insight Even though 5meomalt is too intense for microdosing and productivity enhancement,i gotta do it. Also then reduce normal dose to monthly or bimonthly.

Not sure what you mean, But i just have unhealthy life style that has to be de-reconstructed consistently, in this case i am convinced that i should do regular microdose each 3~4 days than a weekly normal dose.

Too intense, can not hold losing sense of reality, can not integrate them, Well just too intense that it could be psychologically distressing me. I felt seriously like that when i had highest doses 20mg and 23mg It was insightful, but it was too much to handle.

I feel that i got huge backlash at higher dose at the moment, i may get partly depressed after trip at higher dose. At lower dose, it seems not so bad.

This is by the way diluted in liquid form, i used aloe Gel. I wanted to experiment if it preserves substance very well Less than 50mg is diluted in 7ml. I took 0.3ml. That must be 2mg~3mg.

its been 1.5hours after with REAR, so i am still on efect. around 10mg, 1 microscoop dose but, the 5meomalt pouch was more humid, so there was some condensed part, so potentially, it could be 2 times more, or even 3 times more. 5meomalt felt really way too much differently, this time, i think there was more harm than good lessons or awakening it was rather too much shock, big shock for my mind, and I guess my whole body was also more tensed up I guess, its a good preparation before trying 5meoDMT. many points 1. follow God damn intuition, intuition is king, i tend to analyse and make sure that everything fits in plan and lowest budget as much as possible, it is tendency and my obsession, but, that is really unintuitive and dumb, I should not obsesss in one part of my life, which is focused on basic survival needs 2. intutionnn foollow your guts whatever you do follow your guts! i need to be more intuitive

I feel tired but also very zen, it is morning and i havent slept for.. 30hours. I have 5meomalt, i did 17mg rear, i was preparing for 22mg which is strongest. Has anyone done sleep deprivation and tripping?
