  1. @Buck Edwards You shared that a guy attempted to rape you. Would you mind telling us your experience? We probably won't have a first hand report of an assaulter but maybe we can have a report of the other side. So share what you feel comfortable sharing, if any. Did you know the aggressor? Where did it happen? What did you do afterwards?
  2. Excuse me @Nemra, I didn't get what you were trying to communicate. Could you rephrase it?
  3. French smoker you had to be I enjoyed a lot American Spirit, although lately I have found Marlboro Crafted Selection quite enjoyable also. hum, pretty interesting actually
  4. So you have noticed that many men have sadistic tendencies realted to sex? That could be a genuine observation. Ohhh You more sweetheart!
  5. Rape is horrible sex. There is no connection, high consciousness or real love. It's just profoundly printed primal forces that drive the human to perform in such a way. There is some unconscious, biological and evolutionary ties that make it appealing despite the horror of it all. I can't imagine how it would feel to be raped. Surely it's horrible
  6. Exactly, so raping because of some lack could be more easily treated with well thought policies. However, rapist mindsets, psychopathic and sociopathic tendencies are harder to bend/domesticate given disfunctional human psyches.
  7. I think you're getting to conservative with sex here
  8. That makes total sense. We are on the same page then
  9. Consider some people like it rough Like real rough. That's what makes them horny/satisfied and I see no problem with it. No shame on them honestly. Could you consider this as a possibility? They could come up both from a healthy space and an unhealthy space, that's true. As far as my research goes on sexuality, a significant percentage of men and women do like it rough.
  10. It can do the trick most of the time. Yeah, that fetish mentality is definitely a rape generator machine
  11. Yes, that could be a factor. I'm trying my best to understand the Rapist Mind I see that
  12. I was thinking this same thing. One can argue that the dominance and aggressiveness is the turn on and not the sexual stimulation
  13. But you see, you can have consented sex with that dynamic. Many women actually love it. So most people could do that in healthy ways and most of them surely do. It's not rare in a man to have dominant tendencies and wanting to fuck the shit out of a woman. The difference is that they find a woman that enjoys being fucked the shit out of herself. As a counter argument to myself, I could say that in its more radical essence the dominance must be with a non cooperative partner, to impose your will forcefully would be the highest turn on for that kind of psyche.
  14. So, I've researched rape in the animal kingdom and this is what I've found:
  15. @zurew Yes, I get it but you're still fucking. That's my point, we cannot avoid the obvious. Sex may be the vehicle but the act is penetration of holes, that's what's going on physically speaking. So it must have some correlation, even if it's "vague", for example if your dick doesn't get hard no rape can happen.
  16. It's a very interesting point. How do animals relate with rape? I'm gonna research it now. I know dolphins perform gang rapes and things of this style. I'll check it and come back
  17. @Schizophonia Lmao, tobacco and testosterone cream I like smoking not gonna lie but wasn't expecting that answer hehe. Yes, I see how the act of smoking is conducive for self reflection and thinking, though I believe other substances are more conducive for intellectual or spiritual work. What has been your experience with testosterone cream? do you recommend any particular brand?
  18. I still believe that a human being with a healthy sexual life and with proper sex education would not rape. In a way, considering rape as not sex related or sex motivated doesn't make sense. Although, it seems clear that rape is a vehicle for many other issues, that can overpower the initial sex drive.
  19. I've been talking about the topic with Chatgpt and it actually sides more on the power control rather than sexual frustration. Interesting I continued conversating with AI and this is his point of view in summary
  20. How much rape is of that calliber? I would assume its the exception and not the rule. Besides, you can use power dynamics within regular sex, no need to rape. Only when lack of sex and power dynamics fuse together that happens, this is the common rape case.
  21. Maybe they are just desperate, like hungry ghosts. If you demonize them, you will never understand them nor love them. That's not how we reduce rape in India or in any other country. A conscious, psychological, cultural and holistic approach is necessary to tackle this issue.
  22. The core issue keeps being sexual frustration. See, what does sexual frustration do to a man: say 1 week, without sex, meh, one month, one year, one decade. How that is building up, slowly and steadfastly. Say you haven't eaten for one hour, for half a day, for one week. See that? the more intense the craving, the thirst, the more willing you are to push your limits. Your position assumes that survival and basic human needs won't overpower belief systems or principles. Trust me, they will everyday of the week. It's not rocket science. If your belly is full of eating in 5 star buffet hotels, you're not gonna steal a slice of bread. Maybe one does it for the thrill but that's all there is to it.
  23. @Buck Edwards Vipassana and Kundalini are very complentary. If one does vipassana, kundalini awakenings happen by themselves, this is reported by advanced practitiones (i.e. Frank Yang, never did formal kundalini yoga but industrial vipassana triggered inmense kundalini experiences for him) In the same way, Kundalini yoga purifies the channels and increments body awareness, so much so that body will eventually vanish into pure holographic space (in the same way as Vipassana) while going through its own distinctive energetic proccess. One may argue that vipassana allows for better out of body dismantling, like sound, sight, space, light; it provides an easier entry for such investigation inside Conscious experience. One may also argue that kundalini offers a more direct tool for unknotting the egoic structure and infuse a conscious evolution of the human vessel. So pick your poison. If you are proficient in Kundalini Yoga, investing in Vipassana may offer you a higher level of mastery in the communality of states of consciousness shared by those practices. However I would suggest other types of practices that explore different domains of consciousness, for example: devotion, psychedelics, philosophy, service, prayer, rituals, pilgrimage, divination, darshan, ascetism, dream work, dancing, gardening and so on. So take this into account for better assessing your spiritual practices going forward. Lots of love
