  1. Most definitely Malt Although if you want the real one time mind fuck, full breakthrough in 5meo. But it would freak it most newbies. So Malt is very beginner friendly while being extremely radikal. Moreover, after working with Malt the transition to 5meo breakthrough is very manageable.
  2. @Chadders Yes, I understand. You'll have to experiment by yourself. I feel very comfortable with 5meos and social interactions. I'm sharp, clear, awake and compassionate. I can read the vibe and surf all situations. With classic Psychedelics, I'm still better at it but the experience is more intense. Like more background noise and I may get too pulled into the drama of the moment. Still very much improved. With other substances like alcohol, just a very mild improvement, probably due to the lack of inhibition and easier flow state. However, with weed I become quite awkwardly social. Cannabis reduces my interaction skills quite a lot and I usually become uncalibrated around people. So you never know, go test on yourself and see how you feel. Once you get a taste of that state, flowing with other people, try to access it naturally without any substance. May it be a preview that inspired you to do the actual work of improving yourself and mastering the social domain of life. So be it.
  3. @What Am I I have only understood the word "breaking through" with classic 5meo. Malt doesn't break you through, Malt melts you through! So it's a different approach. The manly approach ego breaks you into Infinity, Consciousness and Truth. The femenine approach ego dissolves you into an ocean of consciousness, a warm, loving, self universal hug that comes and goes like the sea waves.
  4. This is another classic trap of the direct path or sudden enlightenment schools. Moreover, the progressive awakening schools also have their own set of intelligent self deception and rat race mastery of techniques.
  5. Understandable, you still have the mystical truth calling, I can sense it. You'll have to keep building foundation till you are able to fully actualize it. Wish you all the best
  6. Denying ego is a very crude trap. Classic error from neoadvaita, zen or the sudden enlightenment schools otherwise called the direct path. Ego is not trascendended by its denial but by fully acknowledging it and going deeper into who am I, my patterns, the structure of my personality and mind, subconscious, unconscious and so on. In this way, one eventually sees through the whole mechanism of the separate identity, body/feelings, self knot or self contraction. Once all the hard work is done, one may realize the ego never existed separately from everything else and its a lovely realisation but don't put the cart before the horse, it's a crude trap.
  7. All infinite possibilities can be Manifested out of Existence. It's endless, It's beginingless. It's all ends and all beginnings. It's Absolutely Infinite I am Absolutely Infinite All that could be dreamt off is but my very own Nature and Self. An infinite groundless ground Nothing to hang on to Nothing to lose All ever attained All ever lost InfiniteSelfMetaMorphosingConsciousness
  8. Frank Yang Interview Good to see the field Fun fact: Frank mentions Leo Gura helped him navigate better his 5meo experiences
  9. @Inliytened1 The beauty of this is how deeply it's sinking into my everyday existence, even in my lowest, I can tap into it, when I give myself a moment to breathe.
  10. Nah, just a little joint if that counts It's like saying how much were you seated in meditation till you hit this Realization? It's not the one hour today meditation, it's all the fucking years I've been doing it Iridescent Synergy Fractal Living Rent-Free in ❀️ 🧑 πŸ’› πŸ’š πŸ’™ πŸ’œ πŸ–€ β ‚β •β’Ž πŸ’₯ β‘±β ͺ⠐ ❄ ⟁ your 🧑Heart πŸ₯° ☯ πŸ₯³ Mind 🧠
  11. Oh sure it does beloved If you aren't aware of you're ego you are quite unconscious of your true potential
  12. Does shooting yourself in the head count as real ego death for you? Idk, what's the measure here
  13. @Ramanujan How come if there is a sunset next morning there is a sunrise? Btw, if you don't mind asking me, what type of spiritual practices do you do? Meditation, yoga, psychedelics? I keep getting this sense again and again from you that you only do philosophy, this is a trap. You have maxed out philosophy, now you need mystical experiences and nothing can do it but that.
  14. @BlessedLion I would say life itself. Particularly interactions with others. Pay real attention at how you behave in the presence of others and become aware every time you wrongfully do others. One can also learn from its shadows by knowing what others criticise of ourselves or in the best case asking for high quality feedback. If one becomes aware of such behaviours and catches it at the moment, this is more than enough for breaking the shadow patterns and integrating it into the full light of our conscious experience. This is my shadow work habit, maybe you find value in it. That's my humble share.
  15. @Chadders Agree Most optimal barefooted and walking with a wooden stick

  17. I just did this test and learnt a whole lot about myself! https://www.idrlabs.com/personality-style/test.php I understood many of my neurosis and I was able to put name to my obscure psychological traits. I discovered my compulsive side (71%) and my narcissist side (50%) and how they have played in my favour and in my detriment throughout my life. The point of the test is to be humbled and also honest with oneself, so that Personal Development and real healing can happen. I invite you to discover your dark side! if you dare... It would be nice if we all share our results with the Actualized.org community so that we can link resources for targetting the specific issues we are all facing.
  18. Damn, that's tough I really had no idea of this phenomenon. It surely is very counter-intuitive. I've been researching and is very common. More on this from another article The tickling analogy makes a lot of sense. Yes, that whole processing reasoning is backwards. And I don't support that type of reasoning because it totally comes from the wrong place. However, maybe 99% is fault of the aggressor and 1% naivety from the victim, bad place, bad time, things of this sort. Hope you get what I'm trying to say. Thanks for sharing your experience and it has helped me to understand this complex issue better. I appreciate it, have a nice day
