This discourse you're trying to push forward is out of touch and if it does happen it won't be because Leo wanted it this way but exactly the opposite, this retreats and all retreats should be about your very own Self and consciousness.

And that's exactly why in the future I decided not to teach metaphysics but to guide people's trips. I just didn't want to go through the ordeal of dealing with humans regarding Truth and Consciousness, but on the other hand I have so much to value to give. In the LP I discovered that doing psychedelic retreats for other people is something I'm passionate about and a very efficient vehicle for delivering insights and Awakenings. Last weekend I designed a profound trip with two close friends. The experience was unbelievably bounding and beautiful. There were challenges in the way, but being able to make such an impact in two of my friends was very touching. After it finished, they both confessed, this had been one of the best, if not the best, experience of their lives. "I didn't know this was even possible" they said. An intereting thing I noticed is that first I delivered to them the substance and checked they were ok. But only when I took it myself was that I entered in tune and could really help them deal with the trip. We were in the same wave sync so to speak. The insight for your retreat is to consider having sober healthcare workers and experienced psychonauts overviewing the group and tripping themselves, to offer insiders help. Consider also building yourself up to the retreat, a month prior guide a couple of friends, the next week 4 friends and polish it up like this to get more direct experience. Get some rounds in before the main event.

Imo, vaping should be the ROA with a non building up tolerance chemical. I don't see any other way working as effectively.

More than that, it has changed the way I live and love. I see now the importance of Love, the existential depths of it and the power it has to transform lives and make the universe tick. To give an example, I've discovered the power of hugs. A loving hug can change your life, really. I've been giving a lot more hugs lately.

Because what is being chased in essence is not the state but the insight or Awakening. So if we're being strict about the state, no, only 5meo is 5meo, like only chocolate is chocolate. But what I understand is the underlying question is whether if Higher Consciousness may be realized by different means or some Awakenings are only locked behind the particular methodology itself. That's why I think is a common inquiry.

Don't play with my feelings Leo... I'm interested. My main two concerns are: 1. Logistics Workshop structure, when, how, pricing, etc. 2. Value I'm already a seasoned psychonaut. Group dynamics with an heterogeneous group may be challenging. I've guided dozens of people's trips, it's difficult work and psychedelics generate entropy that needs to be handled in a state where everything is magnified. I'd need to know more details about your plan and methodology, like substances used, approach, people involved. Just a rough idea, to get a sense. One concern I have is if you'll be tripping? probably not, I feel that may be a limiting factor. You'll be running from memories and good experience, but still probably a handful of people will be insanely more conscious than you for the duration of the trip. You'll know the roadmap and how to break out of the jail, but you won't be in the jungle with us, consider that. Having said this, It would be a complete honor to share a trip with you Leo. Words cannot convey how meaningful an Actualized Psychedelic Retreat would be for me and for many other real people.

@Franz_ It's only while in that state of consciousness. What I'm talking about is extremely radical. What you're interested in is classic magick, occultism and siddhis. You may explore that, I've done it myself as well. It's like getting superpowers, it's fun but not comparable to entering God-Mode.
