For example doing french and Italian with my mother. Or training with my girlfriend. Doing hobbies with friends. Listening to Audiobooks while jogging. Watch documentary of a country at every meal, stop if necessary and continue seeing it in the next meal. I still consider myself in the dark ages of my potential time optimization, I believe I could 3x myself but my discipline is not developed enough for that. Meaning there is still so much room for improvement. You wouldn't even imagine how hard people work, I know people insanely more productive and hardworking than me. It's all about ambition and discipline.
