In contemplating the nature of sports, we can draw an interesting distinction between heavily constructed sports (like golf or basketball) that exist purely through social agreement and rule-setting, versus more fundamental physical activities that emerge from basic human survival needs. To explore this concept, I propose a thought experiment: imagine being the only human alive, with no access to historical or cultural knowledge. What physical activities would naturally emerge? This helps identify the most basic, biologically-driven forms of human movement: Running/Sprinting: Whether escaping threats or pursuing food, this fundamental movement pattern is deeply encoded in our evolutionary history Swimming: Essential for crossing water bodies and accessing aquatic resources Fighting/Self-defense: The need to protect oneself and hunt naturally lead to combat skills Climbing: A crucial ability for accessing resources, finding safety, and navigating terrain Throwing: A uniquely human adaptation vital for hunting and defense Lifting/Carrying: Basic survival requires moving materials, food, and water These activities aren't "sports" until humans add rules and social context, but they represent our most fundamental movement patterns. Modern sports could be viewed as ritualized versions of these survival skills - basketball draws on throwing accuracy, weightlifting on carrying strength, MMA on fighting instincts, etc. This perspective suggests a spectrum of social construction in sports: Minimally Constructed: Wrestling, running, climbing (emerging directly from survival needs) Heavily Constructed: Football, basketball, cricket (requiring extensive rules and social agreement) While even "natural" sports today involve some degree of social construction (rules, competitions, techniques), they tap into movement patterns that are encoded in us at a deeper biological level than socially invented sports. That is my understanding at least. This reflection helps us understand why certain physical activities feel more intuitive and spontaneous, even kids perform them as natural part of growing up. They're connected to our species' fundamental survival wiring rather than being purely social constructions. What are your thoughts on this spectrum of natural and constructed sports? Does this perspective change your view of different athletic activities?

No methodology is perfect Yet you can say which one is the best My claim is on effectiveness of methods not on perfection I'm happy to know which method you find more effective for realizing Infinity. Please I'm eager, you know I would do it -

This is a good point My most profound existential crisis after Awakening Where only solved after an order of magnitude higher Awakening. Pushing myself to go deeper into what I feared and breaking through it in a more holistic absolute way -

30mg of 5-MeO-DMT in your butt That one is ezzz We can make an empirical test. How many humans realize they are actually Infinity by 5meo and by other methods. I'm happy to bet my house on this one! -
Quite cool to contemplate https://www.incedigris.com/ Recomended for tripping

Regarding the last pickup/corruption post, it's truthful but puritan imo. If someone tries to live up to those ideals, they'll probably be miserable. Things build up, this is crucial. I feel this context is important, some people may misinterpret your words.

Yes As evolution goes, sports evolve from the primal branches to more evolved ones. True it is that I didn't account for purely mental sports. Mind comes after body is satisfied. Chess is just one permutation of possible game, totally constructed. However, if earth was divided in two continents, both humans on each side would develop similar skills to climb trees, lift weights, run, fight and swim. There are biomechanics at play and more efficient ways of going about it. Literally they are born from principles and experience. There aren't so many effective ways of lifting a heavy object, there are a few and you must discover them, because it increases survival. How many games like chess could be done? There are millions, yet chess is a sweet spot for playability, that is granted. Great inventation and mind sport. All societes developed wrestling. That's actually the first sport. I'm talking about historical facts. How much it took for chess to appear? My inquiry is on the constructed nature of sports and it took a lot of millenia of construction for that to happen. There are sports that are born from mundane and common taks. Literally wired in our DNA, evolved for millions of years so that the best in those physical activities would survive. Our ancestors found ways of making their common tasks more efficient. As I said before, they discoverd biomechanical efficient ways to run, to swim, to lift objects, to climb and to fight. Then used their minds to evolve and make it more efficient with cars, boats, heavy machinery and guns.

I do believe jesters are the conscious enactment of ego in the playful tragicomedy of life Such conscious entities, don't deny their persona but actually embrace and manifest through it for their own enjoyment They show us the clown we actually are, masters of deceptions, now they have become a superlative obvious example of them, a mirror for instropection, a hammer to crack the shadow and a laugh

Don't speak about death to me if you haven't brokenthrough in Salvia You're speaking to Salvia itself I have very radical points on Awakening and I'm not lowering the bar anymore -

@JoshB Part of you relating to others is feeling understood by others. I know how much Awakenings shape you, specially at the highest levels. I can tell you how I solved this. I got a very nice girlfriend, had some Awakenings and psychedelics with her and fulfill that need of relating. You gotta find that little hack to make it bearable and to feel that human connection. Team sports can also feel great, particularly martial arts. Or nice family relatives can also make the trick. Don't know, it's a thorny situation, that I know. -

@JoshB Sorry you have to endure this gaslighting and other people misunderstanding you. It's part of the process, embrace it totally. Really, this realization has to hit you like a metorite You are all alone buddy. Ain't nobody gonna understand your awakenings And for those who do Well we already do, there is nothing to say -

If your survival hasn't been deeply put at risk by Awakening there is still much more room for growth -
Most CEOs are quite intelligent, but the question is for what they use their intelligence for. They use it to manipulate others and the system to their advantage. If you know how business and corporations works, you need to be quite smart to get to the top, so I wouldn't take out that from them. Musk is really hard-working and visionary. Trump is really clever. Just look at the ammount of shit he has been able to get away trough. This level of mental gimnastics is remarkable. However, the key understanding here is that raw intellect is actually a disadvantage without maturity. Once you get maturity and intellect together then you are on fire. Otherwise intellect creates nuclear bombs and all the systematic tools for enforcing selfishness. I think Trump appeals to the primal animalistic human facet. The most instinctive fears and human drives he uses to manipulates american people to his own benefit. For that oratory and eloquence is a must. I'm having quite profound realizations lately on how amazing so called "bad actors" actually are. They have amazing tools and talents, they are just using them in selfish ways. Imagine if Trump put all his talents to the service of America and humanity. Wow! Maybe that's a republican party that would benefit the world.

Hi @JoshB. Your questions are very much in point. It's part of the process, embrace it totally. There is a point where you evolve so much and go beyond so intensely that no human will ever be able to relate with you. Actualized.org does the trick, like a game DLC, but if you keep working you'll get to the same situation. You gotta be self sufficient and bask in your own genius and brilliance. Make sure to be very physically healthy, develop you intelligence and mature your psyche. Forget about other people and spreading awakening or feeling understood in that department, it's not going to happen. Total integration is antithetical to survival, bear that in mind. Take mahasamadhi if you are not in peace with this truth You'll have to work deeply in your roots if you wanna get to the heavens. Improve physical body and mind. Make sure to be fit and healthy. Have a good job that is stimulating to you. Overall have a very meaningful life. You may attain God-Realization but you'll also have to attain soul-realization and world-realization. Meaning to know yourself as a human and develop your psyche to its peak. As well as taking care totally of your survival, living like a King. Only when this three Realizations have been fulfilled there is peace from the torments you're facing You may find value in this post, where I go into detail of someone who actually achieved this. It depends on the scenario. If someone is flirting with your girl and you don't go in there and put limits then you're the loser. If you get all insecure because another man is talking with your girl or having fun with her and you go in there and act like an asshole, then you're the loser. Social calibration is key always. Of course you'll have to be unbiased enough to ask for responsability to the guy or to your girl, with the full consequences that may imply.

Tall, attractive, and charismatic men are disproportionately represented in positions of power. How many short, ugly and stutterer CEOs are out there? Why is that?

I think this is a great point to be made. My reflection is that after so much masculine domination the pendulum in politics is swinging to more femininity, we need to make room for that no doubt, but there is really a lack of balls in the left. Pluralism and allowing everyone its place gives room to relativism and division, a strong leader must unite and guide. Create a strong vision and lead its people to a better world, for that you need to have a lot of masculine power and hopefully feminine empathy. I believe it is a necessary part of the evolution, although inefficient with such dishonest actors.

@The Renaissance Man I've always wanted to use music beyond recreative pursuits. I was quite disappointed by all the performance kind of music till I found brain.fm. Now literally I can't work without it, I'm listening to it right now. It's the first and only online service I pay. If you register with this referal link you'll have 30 days free instead of the default 3 days. (I get nothing out of this, I'm just very happy with the service. Try it out, that's how I found out and I liked it so much that I decided to pay for it) I can offer you a youtube playlist I made some time ago. You may find something there that works good for you (the first video works great for brain fog, well experiment with it, in case anything catches your attention): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g17Km35cGBg&list=PLSoPewRE_3kpcFxc0kMtCRw9VZqnddAq3 Regarding medicinal music. I wrote this yesterday, you may find value in it:

I enjoy Joe Rogan as an MMA commentator and think he’s a good dude overall, but his political views, especially his subtle support for Trump and involvement in the propaganda machine, are disappointing. It’s striking how often ignorance and immaturity fuel such views. Most Trump supporters aren’t devils, they’re just ordinary people caught up in delusion, living in a fantasy. Whatever, gonna enjoy my favourite fighter in the UFC today. So got more emotional than usual.

Yet he has a PhD in clinical psychology from McGill University. So ironic Oh, that's a good analogy. It lead me to research on jesters Intellect and maturity are two distinct aspects of the Mind. You may use your intellect to further delude yourself in systematic schemes and clever rationalizations upon your predefined bias. You may be old and mature, yet your intellect feeble by that point.
