If you are working with Kundalini, life is gonna treat you pretty well, as you are worshipping the divine universal embodied energy within yourself. It is very grounded. After reaching a certain state of consciousness your cells start waking up, it's a very embodied reality. Kundalini can clean very deep conditionings in you and that can leat to very intense experiences but that feel good, medicine like. Don't intelectualise too much. It's femenine, it's feeling, emotional, energetic. Not masculine, squared, intellectual, trascendental. This are frames I know but they are really helpful Kriya yoga is the masculine approach and kundalini the femenine approach to the same reality awakening of the body. I recommend first kundalini to shake and clean up everything. After some good years, you may start with kriya yoga. This is the channel I like the most: -

I'm pretty familiar with all systems that aim to do so. In fact, many times I had the experience first and then had to research and find what teaching suited and explained this phenomena that was going on in me. This was the case with kundalini. This is just a strangely formulated question. It's not something you count. Like I've opened 73/108 or something like that. In fact, the whole process oscilates like life itself. The basics: Opening the spine to the flow of energy. This goes by cycles, you open it and then you finish a whole process and maybe months afterwards you open them all again, completing another cycle and so on like this. It feels like cleaning a tube and making it ever more cristaline, luminous and etheric. Vegetarian or vegan food aids in this whole process, you don't have to deal with the contractions and life stored in the meat of the animal you are eating and plants don't have the properties to store that bio memory. It all boils down to contracted sensation in your field of experience. Anything in your 360º awareness field that doesn't feel open, relaxed and awake is a "chakra" that is not spinning. You can also see it like knots in your body mind that you are undoing. This also goes by cycles of completion. -

Certainly, lately been having troubles to even post in the forum. It gets sickening after one point, when you see beyond the dramas. Everybody just wants to say it's own thing and is damn sure he's right. Then wants to convice everybody like preachers and it's a rat game. Is there anyone in here even interested in truth? Why are we all having this communications in the first place? Most of the time we talk to walls that just wait to parrot their "precious" ideas -

Everything ends up being simpler than you think. Love death, Love pain, Love suffering. You can't do it? That's why all this ego drama Otherwise you are peaceful with the nature of things And the nature of things is that there IS pain, suffering and death of the body-mind. What is there to do? To love the nature of things and to recognise the nature of things Simple, but you will enjoy more your homemade jail that you have constructed for yourself. And that's fine for me I love you as you are because the nature of things is that some people are like that and they don't wanna get out or don't know how. I recognise how things are and then what to do? Love them, what else would you do? Simple -
That's peanuts to swallow! Your shadow is hard to swallow. Most people try to bring more light to the light There is a point where you bring the light to your darkness and demons Then everything changes

You don't know what God is You have experienced one facet, but by lacking others you have missed the bigger picture. I know what you say, I had exactly the same experience. But you keep maturing and things get a new colour and taste -

Just love life, it's that simple You are creating a problem that you will need to solve Unsatisfaction and problems are part of life, bad things also. Love life, each moment is precious, it's not supposed to be easy, it is what it is and I'm at peace with that and with myself. I'm whole, I'm complete, I'm one. -
@Ishanga I'm sorry to tell you, that you couldn't be more wrong. You are just naive and juvenile in your awakening approach, there are levels to this game beyond what sadhguru can tell you. Let your path mature a few good years and you will come to realize what was said in the video. Maybe your shadow was triggered by it... The shadow is not just a cute concept, it's a very deep and unavoidable facet of the awakening proccess. Shadow work by it's nature cannot be accessed through yoga or meditation, making it of special importance to be done by spiritual seekers. This was just discovered 100 years ago, that's why your spiritual traditions don't teach it, because they just didn't have the data to know it. Thanks to the works of Carl Jung and Ken Willber now we have seen an important missing piece of the puzzle, just to be gaslighted by ignorant people that don't know any better. Sorry for being harsh but you should really reconsider posting when you don't know what the shadow is. As a rule of thumb, just try not to post when you don't know what you are talking about. I've seen you doing this a few times and people can see through that, this is not just a regular forum, so please be more mindful and conscious about your comments.

The individual self by its very nature, wishes for bliss. Because this bliss is present within Himself, that is why He can ask for it. Otherwise He would not. He cannot do without asking for it. If noticed, the craving for bliss and peace will be seen in all living beings. Even lowly creations like insects and spiders do not wish to go near heat. They desire peace, security and rest. Creatures suffering in the heat of the sun, long for shade and cold water. Likewise, being afflicted by the triple miseries, man also seeks for God, the abode of peace and the mine of bliss.

Mmm, this is exactly what my uncle told me when he went many years ago. You curiously picked the exact same words as him, so you surely have a point. I'll have to go there but I'm pretty disappointed about that, maybe Auroville is not the place I though it was. Time will say.

Desire also plays a major role for the good or for the bad. Depending on the quality of your desires your life will unfold. Also I like this quote from Zen Master Dogen: A man of few desires is a happy man There are other ways to happiness but that quote is a painfully true when you get it, it connects with zen principles of simplicity and satisfaction.

What gives meaning is love What gives direction is truth What gives aliveness is consciouness

This type of things are actually mindblowing. It even syncs with the music. I would lose it if I had one of these while tripping to some good beats, vibing with infinity https://exoylighting.com/ I'm sure there are more of these Infinity Mirrors with different designs, I'll keep researching them

“A person who expects this body to be always supernormal in its dealings with the world, will be disappointed, for this little girl acts according to her ‘kheyala’* - whatever it be at any time. In other words, accept what little service you may be able to receive from this child. In what light anyone sees this little girl depends on his ideas and attitude of mind. To her everything appears delightful.” ~ Anandamayi Ma *kheyala: (spontaneous intrinsically-egoless divine will). Sanskrit word very ofthen used by her, to explain why she did or did not do anything at all. Kheyala carries meanings such as impulse, spontaneity, improvisation and intuition. A famous type of Indian improvisational music is also called “kheyal.” This is one of the most repeated themes of her life. In her last days before mahasamadhi when asked why she didn't heal hearself as she had done in the past she simply said; There is no kheyala. While in the past she used to answer: you come to this body and I welcome you, so sickness comes to this body so I welcome sickness; There is nothing but God Alone. At other times, she made known and unknown yogic asanas and pranayamas, healing herself. In whatever scenario, everything was her Kheyala...

From a close writer friend I know that inspiration and flow is everything but that it doesn't come at will. However, one needs to write nonetheless, and even without the flow what you write is usually pretty good.

I can tell you that, inside the technology field, we know AI is the big deal, because of it's potential and ramifications. Maybe noobs got fooled by the metaverse or criptocoins but the insiders didn't fully buy it. However, AI has shaken everything for computer scientist and engineers. -

I respect his decision but he could explain himself in a few minutes and leave things clear I don't know something like: I woke up so deeply that I need some time for myself. I'll keep you updated. Or, I'm dealing with some health issues. I want to take care of myself and rest now, my priorities have changed. Or, I'm burnt out I need some time off Actualized.org I don't know when I'm coming back. His silence is all together strange and I think as an audience we deserve better. Most people here have really followed Leo's work for years and are genuinely interested in his wellbeing. So after half a year I expected a more clear communication from him, a video in the blog, I don't know something. But as I've said in the first line, I totally respect his decision and I'm sure he has his reasons, but that's how it feels from the other side. -
The letter: To know you are always near, though physically you may be far away, this experience can only come by your Grace. It seems impossible for me to attain it through my own efforts. Mataji's reply: You must know Him in such a way that no place remains where He is not. According to Vaishnavite terminology there is viraha and milana (separation and union). But this viraha rasa, this experience of profound yearning for God after having known union, is not like the worldly sense of separateness, which means not knowing the other, being unfulfilled. Everything comes by His Grace alone - this of course is a fact. You experience as your own the power He has vested in you. Apply it in His service to the utmost of your capability, whatever be the nature of your approach, whatever your line. - Ma Anandamayi As the Flower Sheds its Fragrance. Atmananda. Diary Leaves Part 1.(1947-1954) page 31 & 32

Most of the time this body conceals itself by the way of behavior and speech. This, in fact, is the truth. Maybe it is necessary. That is why it is happening. ~ Sri Anandamayi Ma

So if you get outside your home today, and get stabbed to death in the guts, you will feel okay with that because there never was any ego? You will lie down there in a pool of blood with a smile in your face saying: no killer and no killed, there is no separate "I", I did this to myself "You" is an idea, but how powerful it is, you have no clue. Till you make peace with that idea, with yourself, instead of denying the obvious, you will advance forward. Otherwise you get the trascental truth, happy for you, more than what most people would ever dream of, but you still lack the other half of reality, the immanent, the human, the relative, conditioned and limited EGO. WHich is precisely what you needed to push to the unconscious, to realize the trascendental. That worked for you and for many, but now you need to make yourself whole again in your human psyche. -

Kundalini is wild. I had kundalini experiences that where like psychedelic trips for days non stop. It's funny because the more you open your chakras the more they disappear. This connects also with vipassana and why they are both so connected. Yoga masters say the moment you fully make energy spin through all your chakras and nadis, you won't feel them anyomore. The same as vipassana masters say that there will be a point where everything becomes empty; and full simultaneously. -
I find this dialogue to be rather amusing: Question: God has given us the sense of "I", He will remove it again. What need is there for self surrender? Answer: Why do you ask? Just keep still and do nothing. Question: How can one possibly keep still? Answer: This is why self-surrender is necessary Question: What is the means of entering the tide? Answer: To ask this question with desperate eagerness. If you say you have no faith, this body insists that you should try to establish yourself in the conviction that you have no faith. Where 'no' faith is, 'yes' is potentially there as well. Worship is not a ritual: it is an attitude; it is an experience. - Dailogue and Discourses with Ma Anandamayi.
