  1. Then why did you say Leo never defined states of consciousness? I'm puzzled now
  2. I'm currently reading that book, it's good. In my view, seriousness doesn't mean grumpiness, you can be seriously funny!😂 For me it's about the quality of intention, the clarity of decision and its constant execution.
  3. Nope, or maybe Leo already did a 2h long episode on that. Check it! Truly brilliant. See this is unserious. You haven't even bothered to check the main channel or previous responses from the search function in the forum.
  4. Regarding you blog post on states I agree wholeheartedly. In fact, your video on States of Consciousness is Everything has been the most instrumental in making sense of the workings of consciousness. I would be so puzzled without such insight and it really is a muscle I've developed: to explore different states of consciousness and my ability to shift between them. Even I've started combining them, getting independently into states of at high definition consciousness and clarity; then getting into expansive states, where I expand into my room, the sky and so on; finally I discovered you can combine states into a new state. To merge panoramic consciousness & fine-grained consciousness into an aesthetic phenomenologically sublime state of consciousness. Thanks to states I know why I am not God Conscious all the time despite being God and all the weird corners of consciousness and Infinity that Reality can permute into. It's such a central aspect of consciousness and for me it displays the feminine quality or innate workings or the fabric of Consciousness & Infinite Mind. You can get Absolute Consciousness (masculine or the God-I-Infinity) but to grasp the mechanics of consciousness is equally important to make sense of the present experience and the spiritual path. From such understanding, one can easily see how religion, sex, sport or drugs are but doors for realms of states of consciousness, like keys opening the Infinite Mind of God.
  5. https://edition.cnn.com/2025/04/28/europe/spain-portugal-power-outages-intl/index.html Very weird blackout happening in my country. Almost 12h no electricity and no telecommunications. I'm writing in the brief time span that internet works.
  6. Once in Vindhyachal Ashram Sri Anandamayi Ma was descending the stairs. I was with her, I saw that there lay a large round worm in the middle of one of the steps. Thinking this would cause Sri Ma inconvenience I pushed it down with my foot. Ma stopped immediately and said to me, 'Go and make your obeisance to it.’ I replied, "Mā, it's just a worm!' In a stern manner Ma said, ‘That God who dwells within you also dwells within that worm.’ I had to go and make my obeisance to it. Only after that did Ma continue down the stairs.
  7. How can I be more balanced in my life? How can I be more balanced now? Am I too tense or too relaxed? What activities throw me out of balance? Why? What activities get me into a nice inner balance? How can my room be more in equilibrium? What parts of my life are more out of balance? What is the type of balance that I need in my life?

  9. Hi @Yidaki, Do you have any prior experiences with psychedelics? How does weed affect you in particular? I'd say that the ramp-up method is the sane approach towards the Salvia realm. Consider that the substance has various thresholds of experience, so one mini-hit more can mean breakingthrough into that state of consciousness, maybe in it you can take more hits till one breaks you through into a more bizarre world, at some point you won't be able to move and may lose body awareness and memory completely and be in non-human green zip universe. So it's a wide spectrum that going slow allows you to decide when to stop instead of getting catapulted to it. What I most like about Salvia is the nonhuman, alien, bizarre states of consciousness that presents, it allows room for very creative, nonconventional thoughts and new angles to reflect about oneself and life.
  10. @ougyarg You seem very grounded. What was the Program like? Biggest lessons and insights? How was Peter Ralston as a person if you had the opportunity to interact with him.
  11. The One has become Many without losing its Oneness.
  12. Funny AI response. This poor AI mind trying to do epistemology in a lake of information full of crocodiles and still does fairly well.
  13. What deity? I like Shiva & Kali
  14. Okay, then I recommend you the works of Daniel Schmachtenberg Leo has also great videos. I love this one on epistemology: Ken Wilber also makes interesting contributions to the field. Check this video for more:
  15. Consciousness is all that you see, hear, feel... That includes the sensations of the brain yes and all of the universe in complex interconnection and holism.
  16. That's a good general principle for relative truths. Although, if you care about epistemology to reach Truth but then you don't have certainty, what is the use? Why do you care about Epistemology ? Is to understand the relative world (science, politics, art)? Or to understand the Absolute? Relative truths have a unique epistemology to them. Absolute Truth has a special epistemology.
  17. You'll have to sacrifice to achieve world-class Espitemology, or any endevour. You'll have to ask in forums, read books, watch videos, independently contemplate, trip, do everything that is in your hand. So instead of giving you little advice I invite you to consider and decide what is your level of implication on Truth. If you wanna be world-class, it really takes time. It's like learning a new language, you need to ground your expectatives, it'll take long and it's rewarding.
  18. Some people indulge in all of that and still are miserable. Some people are muslim and are happy. What determines happiness to the individual, what makes me most happy, that could be muslim, at least for Mahoma was. So maybe hedonism works most for you or asceticism or who knows. Life is very abundant in this sense. I just saw a dog with only three legs. Happy af
  19. I don't know. All Knowledge is god but it's not about God, see? That's the insight in Holistic God Understanding To know God you'll have to experience. That takes what it gets. Yet God is truly omnipresent and is happening right now all over the place. In the present field of experience God is happening. In fact, it couldn't be otherwise. Existentially so, it's the fabric of Reality not dependent on particular states, but to get that you'll have to get into the stateless state, through silence if it's your preferred method and living in it every breath of life. Feeling into ever-present nature of God. Consciousness shining brightly anchored in a perfect Grid.
