You are talking of the past entering to the present or the present affected from the past. Not about the now outside of time. When you are present, you realize there is no perceptual latency, that was just another story you bought from science through perception. So if you wanna critice particularly them for charging that or you believe that other people do it better and for free is another business. @Ampresus Yeah, I get what you are saying, I'm also struggling throught it myself. I'm happily in a fulfilled relationship but when I see a hit chick walking in the street I get horny. I feel bad in a way because I see that is corruption in myself but I can't help it. So I tried to repress it and change it and that creates inner conflict in myself. There is a drive in the body feeling body for very primal reasons in man. Some months ago I was depressed when I discovered that. I wanted to become more conscious than what psychedelics or my body allowed me to without dying... It sometimes scares me how much love I have for becoming ever more conscious and awake. That faded away and I'm working my way up to handle higher God-Realization without literally becoming so conscious that I die. @Leo Gura They are both very powerful but Salvia for me is way more intense. I've had crazy 5meo trips but man I remember what were the most intense peak moments of my whole existence, it was beyond radical to breakthrough in Saliva. So intense. Salvia is hard to handle for me and for most psychonauts. Have you been able to smoke Salvia again? You are confusing states with stages. The whole point of SD is that we are talking about developmental stages not peak states. So looking at it through those lens is very narrow, although it may have some utility. Some weeks ago, post 5meo trip I had for the first time an exploration into coral SD. In this sense we can say that there are tools that allow some kind of glimpses and there are states that overlap with how a development stage would feel like. However, this kind of approach towards Spiral Dynamics is very nuanced and usually leads to confusion for the untrained eye.

I always wanted to build myself in way that, independently of the historical political system ruling society I would be able to live happily and successfully. Being an active member of society involves cocreating government and I would like to build a nurturing ecosystem rather than a hostile one. I have the feeling that people don't consider the importance of middle class. A healthy society usually is a Gaussian distribution centered in the middle class, with few people very poor or very rich. Although this is a game of contrasts, I see a tendency towards polarization in many spheres. A healthy society is one that facilitates the enrichment of the individual with collective structures as well as having safety nets so that people don't fall into extreme poverty and they can trampoline outside of bad life circumstances.

Control is certainly more overdone than underdone Taoism is following the natural flow of Reality.
