I can't see Russia attacking NATO. NATO is not a threat to Russia, it's a threat to Russian expansionism. For example, pre Ukraine war Russia was a large trading partner with NATO members, do you believe NATO threatens conquering Russia? I don't see that at all.
-
Ukraine has lost 50,000 soldiers, Russia has lost 350,000, that's 6x. Ukraine has 2 million soldiers. You have a big glass of Kool-aid.
-
I think they would wait for a strategic time like when Putin dies or something. I don't see why they would stop, no NATO countries have ever had armed conflict amongst themselves and before NATO they were killing each other for a thousand years. I don't see NATO expansion as a means of defense, but as global stability, the nations have worked better together with it, it's a unifying and stabilizing force.

No, I consider you deflecting from considering Ukraine becoming part of NATO rather than Russia. I see it completely opposite, if you don't fight they'll take more. And yes Ukraine can easily retain all of their territory and regain Crimea, embolden Georgia, and even help liberate Chechnya eventually, they have almost indefinite unlimited backing, the cold war is back in full gear and just getting started until Putin is gone.

The only thing in the way of a NATO Ukraine is Hungary, which will change with a weakened Russia or Hungary exiting the EU. On 8 May 2022, János Volner, former member of the political party Jobbik, announced that his own political party, the Volner Party, would be renamed to Huxit Party and adopt a Hungarian withdrawal from the EU as its main objective.
-
What Russia is doing is Colonialism.
-
Why are you deflecting? Alaska did not border the u.s. nor was it populated by Americans.
-
Well the U.S. wants Ukraine to not concede to Russia, so you support Ukraine being admitted as the Alaska of Europe as the 51st state of America?
-
So you support the United States taking over Ukraine?
-
40,000 from a population of 45 million, with 300,000 foreigners there. I don't think you know anything about war either, did you also support Afghanistan conceding to the U.S., because Ukraine has a much better chance against Russia and the Afghans won. If they're not fighting by free will for Ukraine they sure won't be as conscripted Russian soldiers fighting Japan either. Putin wants all of Ukraine. This is like telling a woman being groped at a bar to just allow a little touchy touchy. Should Canada concede to the U.S. when Trump get's back in? Should the U.S. concede to a Russia, China, Turkey, Iran, North Korea alliance? Australia or New Zealand to China? Japan to China? South Korea to China? Africa to China? Pakistan to India?
-
I don't understand why non-Ukrainians are gung ho for Ukraine to concede territory, why do you care about it? I don't hear about masses of Ukrainian soldiers defecting to Russia, they want to defend their territory why are you so opposed to that?
-
I think people are also overlooking how well Ukraine is still operating normal activities. And to those emphasizing the disproportionate manpower, Russia is not Switzerland, Russia has many other enemies that have interests in attacking them, many people don't know that Japan and South Korea are Russian adversaries that have land disputes with Russia, they obviously also stand to lose the Arctic to encroachment from the West. The rest of the world will not just stand by with a weakened Russia. They have Georgia along with Chechen Rebels at their South they've had armed conflict with forever. Russia cannot expose itself with great losses, it has a large area and enemy list to defend.
-
No one is trying to end Russia, that's impossible without scorched earth war anyway. That's just Russian propaganda playing victim.
-
It's wrong for them to take them, they should have purchased them from Ukraine.
-
What are the alleged details of the U.S. nixing a Ukraine-Russia deal? I'm not finding anything on Google.
-
Lol, so what? China isn't a concern, they want peace and prosperity. It ended the Soviet Union.
-
Finland joining NATO is very significant. The political and psychological elements from Russia stumbling to overtake Eastern Ukraine with a full scale invasion is likely to hamper even Putin's future ambitions, which puts him more on defense, i.e. global de-nuclearization. I don't follow people's concerns with China and Iran, the only reason the U.S. has interest with Iran is for oil market stability and the Suez Canal. China doesn't concern me in the least, I think Xi is quite intelligent and peaceful.
-
Have a reference? Google is coming up short. NATO has no allegiance to Ukraine, their dog in the fight is weakening Russia, which they've done splendidly without breaking a nail. It's better for NATO the longer the war lasts.
-
You think the U.S. took over Ukraine? No one sacrificed them. No, to de-nuclearize the world, Russia is the only formidable agitator about it. The U.S. Defense budget is one of the largest budget line items, almost the entire deficit alone, a de-nuclearized world would greatly shrink that and the war will pay for itself over.
-
NATO nor the U.S. are at war. Ukraine is of no consequence to either, what is though is the weakening of Russia and their support on the Global stage. This is for NATO to have a better negotiating hand for Global Nuclear disarmament. Chess, not Checkers.

No, I would say " thinking" is a concept, along with "now", "you", and "me". I would say "thinking" is not actually an activity, I don't think thinking is controlled, it's rather more like clouds passing by or weather, the sounds and pictures 'in your head' are just sounds and pictures. I would say "thinking now" is also a concept along with anything happening now or happened in the past or future, I think everything is 'all at once', there's no 11:30 and 11:31, everything already just is. I wouldn't say Infinity is something anything is a part of, rather than a huge jar of m&ms it's more like a Rorschach painting where different people see something different when they look at it, or even the same person when they look at it a second time and it looks different. -

I don't see that. I don't believe infinity does anything, or thinks, or controls, or creates. -

I think God implies separate, otherwise why use the term. I don't believe infinity does anything, or thinks.
