Ghost is actually your mind, theof which exorcism is done they have zero emotional mastering, or we can is their emotional scale is negatives, also they can have any mental disorder..exorcism is bullshit( woo woo stuff ), just get rid of that haunted mind, and realise your true nature THATS IT.

There is humming sound while i meditate, but thats a thought that it is sound, so what is it?, i know i am not hearing it, but it is there. Is it me? Or it is just happening in the awarness Really confused help me with this.

@jes i am not talking about light. I am telling about that humming sound which is constantly constant every fucking time, u just have to go inward to hear that, but actually ur not hearing nor it is sound how can a sound be created in silence?, its feels like its you youre true existence but cannot fully surrender to it. Really confused..please help

This one is too simple. Religion is simply someone els experience. And spirituality/ enlightment is yours.

I have a experience like when i am asking questions like, who am i?, whos aware?, what is aware? And my answer to the direct experience is. My experience is that there is no one to beaware there is only pure awarness..and these questions are all just content arasing within the awarness. The awarness which itself Cannot be perceived ..i am not sure if i am going in right direction please help thankyou!

I am meditating regularly for about two weeks.. Strong determination+ do nothing..i am at stage where i can see emotions, thoughts coming and going, as if i am sepetrated with all this and still there is peace even the worst emotions or thoughts come..like i am aware of everything..i am pure awareness which is self aware. Thankyou
