  2. I think a once per week habit is perfectly fine if you can stick to it. Any sort of daily or semi-daily habit is pretty terrible imo, but that's just my experience over the years. For me completely knocks out my productivity.

  7. You know from direct experience of how your own consciousness functions. This is not "human knowledge" that can be read in a book. You have to physically become conscious of this on your own.

  10. Credit isn't only used for actual purchases though. Good credit is needed to rent apartments and such. But yeah you should operate as if you never need to use credit, and if you have a credit card just pay it off immediately and only use it for increasing your score.
  11. I've operated on debit cards pretty much my entire life. If you very specifically need to build credit for something, go ahead and get one and just treat it as a debit card until you don't need it anymore for your desired score.

  13. I mean yeah there are healthy aspects of every stage that should be integrated.
  14. We are categorically nowhere even remotely near creating sentience or true AI. Not saying it's theoretically impossible but what we have is not it. The google stuff was literally just a publicity stunt. The concept of AI makes for some interesting science fiction but people need to realize how truly far away we are from it.

  17. Exactly. The more you can connect with your core values and spend time executing on already made decisions that you believe in, the clearer your headspace will be and the less anxiety you'll have.
