  1. Hello my dear friend, I think you might be overthinking a simple thing. Godspeed
  2. For me too - Pure simple as log meditation. Dogen, a famous zen master had the same opinion. Second to that might be emotional mastery. And the rest: Self inquiry Gratitude and compassion Contemplation/Epistemology Spiritual purification Shadow work Working on destructive patterns of behavior Understanding relationships Life purpose Health and clean life-style Friendship and humour Some fun and art, to heal the soul
  3. It's a collab of a mystic and a musician. Very insipiring and deeply wise.
  4. "After the Ecstasy, the Laundry." Old zen quote
  5. Hello there, That is the ultimate question really, why is there emptiness, and how to deal with it? Yes, this is purification, and it's very good that these emotions come up, that means your subconscious mind allowed them to come up, because it sees you are ready. It didn't come outta nowhere, it was there lodged and it was poisoning you, but now it purges. Try sedona method, amazingly powerful! It seems like you are a very serious seeker, and you want to see results. In this work it's better to detach from results entirely, and see that you can't really do anything about the negativity that arises, and the emptiness that is aching. Only love it, as unconditionally as the sun loves its' planets. You can't let go of all stimulation at once, or your psyche will rebel. It will wither off by itself once the emptiness is healed. Prayer helps. Ask god for help and guidance. Best one I know: "Your will be done."
  6. People who are intellectually oriented, left brain thinkers, the philosophers among us. Believe it or not, but some people are feeling oriented, and to them it sounds like total gibberish.
  7. @TheAvatarState @Nahm Thank you dear friends.
  8. I'd like to share with you insights from my vision last night. I went out with my friends to celebrate in a bar. It was amazing to see how differently I perceive bars now, after years of not even entering one. It's all so clearly low-conscious and nauseating. I myself have a weakness for alcohol, and so I drank with them, cause it's difficult for me to resist it when in a group. From then on the spiral down began. Unhealthy food and tiredness from a day of work added their toll. We all sat in a friend's apartment late at night, and all of the sudden it began, I saw the veil of denial drop and it became so clear that I'm in a demon's nest. It is incredibly difficult to fathom, and see that my "friends" and me, are creatures from below. I got so scared I just ran home, and the vision kept getting darker and darker, I was paranoid and all cold, and I was shocked at how much poison I've put into my body. It was 4 degrees celsius outside, and to me it felt like minus 50. The road home was 5 minutes away, but to me it seemed endless and I barely dragged my legs towards home, thinking that something's gonna go wrong any second. The lesson is that groups of unconscious people are a very strong trap, lurring you with concepts such as "friendship", you feel weird to resist being a part. All the things Leo talked about in his cult mini series are becoming obvious when seen from this perspective. Demons operate well within groups, or nests, similar to vampires as they are depicted in lores. They operate covertly due to the brains incredible denial ability. To the demon, it seems as if he was an angel, and all his friends are angels. This veil can be removed by a temporary increase in consciousness. The top demon is a charismatic beautiful person, and under the vail, it would never even come to your mind to think he's the leader. He's humble and quiet, and acts innocently to amuse all, and so everyone fall in love with him, which only reduces suspicion. In fact, even He himself doesn't know that he's the leader! The scary part is - that you cannot talk to a demon about his actions, without getting a strong resistance and him thinking you are crazy, because he doesn't see it at all! You just have to behave quietly as if you don't know, and keep things as normal as possible, just try to avoid contact as much as you can. A shadow is literally that, you don't see it, even if you think you do, it's completely hidden in plain sight.
  9. I'm afraid you underestimate the power of such a group. You would need to be at least a jesus to to even attempt such an endeavour. An incredibly high consciousness person wouldn't even talk to such a group, which is the wisest thing to do. You can't save anyone if they don't want to be saved. If you think anyone needs to be saved, it's you who needs to be saved from yourself.
  10. A machete can be harmful, but you need it to cross a jungle.
  11. Very good advice. Totally resonate. Thank you for sharing, Keep at it!
  12. Story of my life The desire for bliss, relaxation, and peace is suffering. Let it go, and you'll have your bliss. Hint: you can't let it go, but you can pray for it to be taken.
  13. @Joseph Maynor This is great for people with a healthy energy. Us drowsy folks fall asleep easily when lying down, so sitting is a way to stay alert. The best method for me is sitting very comfortably on a nice sofa, or a good office chair.
  14. All this could be thought in a very intresting and inspiring way. Imagine teaching this to a class of thirsty self-actualizers.
  15. Imagine having world wide institutions of "Actualized Academy", where you can go to study for a year or two, and have a methodical studying and practicing of the different methods. To graduate you will need to write a thesis explaining all the main terms. In the end you get a diploma of a Personal Development Expert. Just think of the many coaches or therapists that would want to have an additional expertise. What would it take?
  16. Had the exact same vision at the beginning of the journey!
  17. Great! Keep at it as long as it feels good. You will reach a point where it becomes your second nature and reading it will feel obsolete. Cheers bro!
  18. I reaonate, and absolutely agree. This is a future vision designed to inspire us. I myself also have a ton of work to do before that. I'm very excited for what the future holds! Thank you for all the amazing content dear fellow, You really helped me turn my life around. Godspeed
  19. Repression of my autistic side, and fear of being seen as a retard. Acceptance of all my shadow archetypes led to deep integration and confidence to be whatever.
  20. @Roch I totally hear ya. I had the same feeling a few years ago. It was just a wrong belief. Healing my self-esteem helped me to put my positive thoughts about myself on top of all other thoughts, thus connecting to self-honesty and being the most authentic. I went from feeling autistic, introverted and retarded, to feeling on top of my game. "A feeling is not a fact." 12 steps saying
  21. It's the awareness and acceptance of the pain that arises when one lets go of his attachments. This leads to transmutation of suffering into peace. A simple diet, exercise, changes of habits can increase the process. Be intrested in the hidden emotional baggage you carry arround. It also manifests as blockages in your body.
  22. Pure, unified, and self-sourced infinite love shining in infinite ways, filtered through, and animating a being manifested "body, brain, reality and others".
  23. Contemplate deep about authority, and consider please that no authority can ever teach you about you. You are the only authority in the realm of self honesty.
