In fact based on your answers I have learned that you struggle with feelings of unworthiness, and you actually think things like popularity, and status determine your worth!!! You see? You see how easy it is to figure out one's world view....just from the simple things they type? You will never understand your personal worth as long as you look UP to others as BETTERS and create hierarchies!! Hierarchies are systems that are used to get things done. Holykael you only believe what you are saying because you are dishonest. So let me show you this. If the above were true....then why do you keep reading it? When people are tired of seeing something....they avoid it. So...that one statement you just said is not in alignment with your actions. Now...how does one find out the truth of their actions? Through self-observation and analyzing with themselves the possible motivations of their behavior. Or...they just consciously choose to train themselves through repetition of action and self-talk to change their course of action. Your free will is guided by desire.....find out what that desire is looking for. For most that desire is guided by comfort. Here is something to realize....reality actually wants you to be comfortable!!! But that comfort has to be earned!!! You can reach a point of total comfort....if you could drop your judgments!! If you actually decided to change the way you see things and open your mind to a different perspective maybe just maybe you could find comfort!! But the first thing you are going to have to chase.....is honesty within yourself. The more you lie to yourself to protect yourself from your judgments of yourself and others the more you will suffer. I can point to this forever, until you are brave enough to walk this path...suffering will be your best friend.

Thinking looks matter most is a trap. Looks make the interaction and effort you put in easier, but there is a famous phrase women say "He was hot/sexy until he opened his mouth." Looks are just bait, and they are the emulsifier, of all interactions with women. If a man isn't that funny or charming, the looks are a buffer to make him more palatable (easy to digest) and sure it can make it easier for him to have sex with her if she is physically attracted to him. But women aren't aroused by sex the same way that men are. Women enjoy the FANTASY of a man, far more than the actual man. If she meets you....and she cannot get a certain vibe from you....she will drop you. So while looks certainly can make it easier, if you are boring to a woman and don't have a lot of depth....she will get bored with you fast!!! This advice is only useful for long term relationships though.

So the trap is judging your selfishness, selfishness is LOVE, that LOVE is expressed as DESIRE, so you cannot get rid of desire....because you are one POV trying to reconnect to the INFINITE POV!!! Do you get it? So stop this silly game of trying to get rid of desire, YOU CAN'T ITS IMPOSSIBLE!!! GOD IS LOVE!!! HOW CAN GOD GET RID OF LOVE....IF GOD IS LOVE!!! No, because you would not desire another that you love and cherish to be a doormat. You see? Think of who you love and cherish the most? What would you desire for them? Would you desire for them peace and joy? Would you desire for them growth and exploration? Ask yourself these questions....ponder about this....and it will become evident what is being pointed too. Any resistance to what is, is judgment. Even resisting the resistance is judgment. If you judge, the only way to drop it, is to not judge the judgment. Explore it, seek to connect and understand why it is there, sit in it...and it will eventually fall away. Is there a specific ego you encounter who triggers you? GREAT!!! You have just discovered judgment within you. NOW...allow their expression without judgment!! Now you might say...I don't feel safe around them, okay then leave. But you don't need to be with them, to still experience them. In the safety of distance from them, experience them in your mind. Play back past events, and allow those events to express themselves in your mind. As resistance comes....don't fight it...allow it. Keep doing this over and over...and eventually....it will self-correct itself. When you face a fear and allow it expression...it falls away...in the face of your presence. Many of you wait for psychedelic trips to do this....lol. YOU ARE A TRIP! You can do it right now within your mind. Play back any event that brings resistance...and do so till the resistance falls away completely..... Here is a pattern you will notice the Bible had for this. Job I'm not making assumptions. Your statements betray you. If you want to learn someone listen to what they say? You made a point that was easily debunkable. Not only that when others told you that there was research out there contrary to what you said instead of looking for it you said send me a link. A more proactive question is where can I find it. So both your actions reveal you are not serious. A person serious about truth studies both sides of an argument. Also if they are not sure they ask questions. Did you ask a question? Here is someone who was blind, left their body and COULD SEE!!! Her example is ONE OF MANY!!! So who is creating storylines? You look for evidence to confirm your preconceived biases you aren't looking for truth. You aren't interested in looking behind the veil. Actually look for evidence that might contradict what you believe....before you come to conclusions. Its all a dream. You know only two main forms of consciousness. Being in a state of awareness= Conscious, and being in a state of no awareness= no consciousness. Everything else is just variations of these two states. Before your first memory of your life there is a blank. That blank is no awareness. When you go to sleep at night and do not dream that state is EQUAL. You fight but if you keep trying to provide evidence...I will shoot it down with its opposite every time. Why? Because your evidence is finite so I can always find its opposite. So who is crafting stories? The one who is trying to find evidence to say that a person cannot overcome blindness? Or the one who deconstructs your delusion and shows you that they can drop their attachment to their body AND SEE FOR THE FIRST TIME? You keep playing games. You aren't serious about this at all. I'm sorry they have to go through this. This can only be understood with distance....each event is constantly shaping and molding on so many levels. Once you get the message it makes sense. Study your own personal life, study it as intensely as ever, and one day....it will all make sense. It really is all love, its just pure unadulterated love...which is ridiculously powerful, and beyond all scope and measure. It really just makes sense after awhile...to just surrender to it. Its a shame...but suffering is needed for love to be fully understood. Not in all cases, but majority of cases this is true. The more one goes through suffering and integrates it, the more they understand....everything. It is through my own personal suffering....I have learned all that I have learned. Suffering is the greatest teacher, nothing teaches more profoundly. Through suffering I am constantly humbled, I am constantly given a more accurate perspective, and my lens continues to open more and more. Suffering actually increases my love, I do not love from an egoic perspective the feeling of suffering...but I do love the effects of suffering on my ego. My ego grows exponentially the more it suffers. It grows in that it becomes more fluid, less rigid, and more accepting to all that is.

1. I've been where you are.....first of all...everything you see right now...IS DECEPTION. The absolute truth is deception....its also all there is. So this little game of I could be deceiving myself....everything is deception. If you have no figured this out....you aren't doing the work seriously enough. Do some day dreaming, maybe try to lucid dream at night. If you can pull that off, then you will have your answer. The sad thing about knowledge is at the end of the day you gotta find it out for yourself. No matter how many books somebody writes, no matter how much times they may guide you through meditations etc.....it won't get you anywhere!!! You need to become...what you are searching for in Joe Dispenza. He is just a guide!!! Run some actual tests!!!! If you can successfully do it through day dreaming or night dreaming....then....you can do it in reality. Report back to us your results. 1. The desire for needs to be met, is the expression of love. Without a desire for needs to be met, yes the dream would collapse. You need survival to be in place to keep you grounded in the dream, without survival the dream cannot be REAL. 2. You are correct...if you are conscious its an illusion...you stop caring about anything....you equally care about everything....and then you become free. No attachment to any outcome. Notice how Sadhguru is able to express this point. When an ego wants to survive, it is addicted to winning. It creates concepts such as failure/loss/defeat, and I won't go into it so deeply in this thread but at its core a desire to win= feelings of unworthiness. As long as you win =worthy. If you lose =unworthy. Survival is always about coming out on top, being powerful, invulnerable, admired, respected, revered, worshipped, emulated, and listened too. Reality equally humbles all egos in this respect...to showcase that it equally respects all. In reality's eyes, all POV are equally God. As thus all POV are worthy of being powerful, invulnerable, admired, respected, revered, worshipped, emulated, and listened too. Everything that has ever happened, is reality revealing to every POV this fact. It reveals this through the game of survival, which revolves around a game of identity.

Well explain to me what is trying to survive. What is survival? Also...what makes you think....life doesn't want you to survive? Why would you think life would be against you surviving? In your direct experience....how has life been AGAINST you surviving?

Yes, its an intricate dance...of dropping everything to go infinite, then bringing it back to the dualistic experience and recontextualize it. Many people get lost in the pointers. All pointers are RELATIVISTIC they are only true in RELATION to what is being described. If that one thing can be understood then communication of absolute to the relative can be better understood. There not being an other is absolutely true, but relatively....there is an other. But I am interested in how saying their is no other is subtle duality? Other is the belief of a subject object relationship, saying their is no other destroys that duality. It just says....subject. Of course you could say the term subject is finite and is thus dualistic, but you could express it in a way that does not limit. But anyway it is what it is.

If this is the case....then how can you say you cannot assume that subjective experience is all there is....when your entire life has been only subjective experience. Even saying "I cannot assume" is done WITHIN subjective direct experience. Do you not realize that all knowledge you have ever had is from direct experience. Everything= Direct Experience. So notice....you are doubting...using direct experience...to do it, and you are doubting that which gives you the ability to doubt. Do you recognize what is going on here? It also awakens you to the fact that ANY judgment against an other...is really a judgment against YOU because they are YOU. So it supercharges your growth!! The moment you feel any resistance to anyone or anything, you get to find out....what judgment lies beneath. Rocky.....you really want others to exist. All of your attempts to construct more meaning is because you do not want to realize....that right now you could awaken in a void.....ALL ALONE. You don't want that so you construct scenarios, scenarios in which you know the end point. 1. You have never controlled a dream. No matter what you do your dream will eventually just do its own thing....so bringing up things happening randomly without you realizing it....has never been in your direct experience. So that is not proof you are not doing it. Are you conscious/aware of all times that your heart beating, or that you are breathing? You do that in your sleep fine and you go about your day focusing on other things and that continues to happen. So whether you are aware you are doing something or not has NEVER been a requirement. People sleep walk.... you do not need to be aware of in control to be doing something, only egos believe in control....there is NO CONTROL, there never was. 2. External? Did you really try this rocky? Rocky....have you ever experienced anything OUTSIDE of you? Do you feel pain OUTSIDE OF YOU? Do you experience thoughts OUTSIDE OF YOU? Do you hear sounds OUTSIDE OF YOU? Do you see objects OUTSIDE OF YOU? Where? Where is everything you see located? What you do is say the body is ME, so anything NOT the body is OUTSIDE of me. So....let's get this straight...your body digests food without your awareness, dreams without your awareness, blinks without your awareness, grows hair and nails without your awareness, but you believe it is ME!!! Even though majority of its function....is without conscious awareness. But yet...the things that you are completely unconscious of...THEY ARE SEPERATE!!! But the irony of....you could say....that whatever you perceive...is you being conscious of it. So since you are perceiving everything...then how can it NOT be you? You say its external....so is external whatever isn't the body? So right now...if you close your eyes....are you now external? The physical/matter logic is just a model. Everything you use to describe anything is just a model. Your precious science has just proven that location doesn't exist....this completely destroys the physical/matter logic model. So tell me how...with all the evidence and facts you have been presented...you still asking this? Easy....LOVE. You LOVE others, and you do not like the crumbling of the concept of an "other."

That's what enlightenment is, there there is one. Only one self. All is self. Even no self is also self. So no one being there, is also one being there. Why? Because all there is....is being, expressing itself infinitely.

Quality is more ego, what is quality? Judgment. What rubric is there to determine the quality? Give me any rubric and I will provide rubrics that completely disagree. Humanity has been disagreeing about quality for thousands of years....you really think quality is objective? Asceticism believe that self-denial is the highest form of living. Some would even torture themselves. So would you agree with quality of their experience? They shun the traditional concept of quality which made them create their own quality. So trying to avoid the trap of quality they constructed a new quality. All judgment does this, all interpretation, the opposite will always be at play. Any relative statement can be simplified and complicated and seen through infinite interpretations. That's why all constructions actually have no meaning at all. Because every pov...has a point. So every view...has a point, infinite points....no beginning no end. =No meaning.

The point of Enlightenment is not just liberation, it is also integration. It is the recognition that you created your ego to live life, which is an egoic experience. Reality/God is a shapeshifter, becoming enlightened allows you to break character and shapeshift. It stops you from being a "person" a "personality." It gets rid of the rigidity you have in your patterns through you thinking those patterns are "you." That's the point!! Think of it as a reset button. It allows you to RE-CREATE your character this time, in the way you want to create them. This is why it has often been also called a "rebirth." So many on the forums are wondering what's the point....(a survival based question) well there ya go. The perks are you discover what true love/peace/happiness is. You discover how you have been constructing your life. You get to reset and start a new path. You do not fear death as you understand....you are already dead.
