One thing you can say about Leo Gura, is to make sure to give him space to think and brainstorm, trust me this is for the benefit of the future of mankind. Focusing on the details, and emotional stuff is our job. But Leo's ability to THINK thoroughly and BRAINSTORM new ideas is nothing short of a "SUPERPOWER." -
