@MisterMan It's okay to not care what people think of you because when you care too much (create an imbalance) you're too focused on the externals and these things are always changing and temporary and this creates the highs and lows you feel. "I can't stop fixing problems, they just keep coming up. It never ends." and this is why. You have to ground yourself internally (your goals, your purpose, your top values), otherwise, you'll be in constant calibration mode. always solving problems.

Lol I'm talking about incorporating it all not limiting it to some belief or "phonocentrism". This is why I use meme's and images too. Controlling interpretation is just being conscious and aware of it. Good qualities of interpretations for example: Are focusing on things that cultivate the highest potential for yourself and for all.

You can interpret something to be used for yours and other people’s highest evolution or you can interpret something to be negative and destructive for yourself and everyone else's evolution and everything in between. So notice what you’re seeing and be mindful of what you’re interpreting, and be mindful of what you’re saying to others and how people are interpreting it. Because how you interpret it and how other people interpret it will directly correlate to the quality of life for both individuals. You can’t control their interpretations, but you can control yours. And of course there are things you can do to influence their interpretations so they see your message not of hate, ego or attacking but as a message that says “I’m here to help you, even if my message doesn’t or can’t help you.” This is why “spiritual woowoo words” deliver a language that does it’s best to imply a message of help, not attack. Here on the forum it’s a little trickier because the communication/information being sent is a lot more limited compared to talking in person. So people are forced to jump to more conclusions and more assumptions based on their past history, direct experience, highest wisdom and what they’re currently perceiving or interpreting in the present moment. This is why psychologist Albert Mehrabian created this ratio of 7% is what you say, 35% is tone and 55% is body language. So here on the forum you’re just left with 7% and the rest you gotta fill in, that’s why I personally just push everything I’m interpreting on this forum out there in order to see what kind of feedback I get, and there’s definitely some strengths and weaknesses to this lol.

I actually haven't seen this video it's really good! This truly is one of the most important concepts when creating your vision for your life and scoping the big picture.

Started as an escape, turned into contentness and peace, now it's turning into being a force of love, impertubableness, humor, growth, hero's journey and much more.

I'm not being specific because I have yet to go deep into the things he's talking about. I have other things I'm putting my focus into rather than some random person on a forum who claims to be enlightened. I'm only 25 and have been in this "enlightenment game" for only 3 years, I have SO much to learn and understand about reality. I fully expect to understand / prove / disprove the things he's talking about in due time. What I'm admitting here is that I don't know what the fuck he's talking about. But I'm open to it. Are you?

Lol that's what I'm talking about! you don't understand it! It's BEYOND you! It it takes an open mind to go BEYOND. Instead of working all that confusion out you just say "why does he include all this shit into enlightenment? Because my intuition says you don't need any of that crap." and you never question it. You never say "Hmm, maybe there's something here I just need to experience for myself perhaps? I'll be open to that possibility of experiencing these things for myself." The problem here is I don't know what ideas you have about enlightement. Is it no-mind? unconditional love? state of bliss? All loving and understanding? no self? End of suffering? Amazing life? What is it? All of the above? none of the above?
