  1. @Slade How much are you reactive to people and things? how good is your ability to be calm in the storm? How much cognitive dissonance do you have during the day? How good is your ability to self reflect? (ability to see that the only obstacle is yourself and going beyond that.) How attached are you to things in your life? (people, emotions, your past, your future, the present moment.) How much do you care to the point of neurosis? (judgements and criticism to others and yourself) How much do you not care to the point of neurosis? (pertaining to meaningless/pointlessness, being lazy, no purpose, no discipline, quitting, comfort etc.) These are some good questions to be asking yourself to help determine where your consciousness is.
  2. @LiakosNFail approaching or talking to a ton of girls, that will crack your mind wide open.
  3. @Jamie Universe the paradox is you're on an Inner journey and an outer journey at the same time and they compliment each other, and you really can do both, you'll come across opportunities to really focus on your inner journey and you'll come across opportunities to really focus on your outer journey not forgetting both of which are what life is all about.
  4. Passion is doing it anyway and enjoying/loving it even if you it didn't give you the money or ability to travel. Finding your passion, your life purpose, doing meaningful work and having it support you is not a distraction from your life, that IS self actualization work.
  5. @hinawashi Posit an entity --> adore the entity --> love the entity --> become the entity --> marinate and play in the entity --> repeat
  6. @Joseph Maynor "Truth must of necessity be stranger than fiction, for we have made fiction to suit ourselves."
  7. "Great wisdom is generous; petty wisdom is contentious." — Chuang Tzu
  8. I wasn't denying duality. Dualities are important to make but it's not being. If people are focused on arguing over distinctions they're gonna miss being.
  9. What's even more misleading is that people focus on language and their dualities instead of being. *Hint* *hint*
  10. @John Iverson Today I learned that I'm almost 3 years into my personal development journey and I'm in intermediate territory of self trust, to the point where I have to doubt shit even MORE than I usually do and start moving into advanced self trust.
  11. You'll find your way Introversion goes full circle. (if you watched Leo's new video)
  12. @sleeperstakes Well, if you someone told you that you were asleep, wouldn't you be curious to wake up? Because what you're saying is "eh, I don't need to wake up, I can be happy and fulfilled in this dream. What's the point?"
  13. Mentioning people who are closed to these topics would be a good thing to start with, talking about open mindedness and allowing ourselves to be open to potentailly discovering something new about our existence.
  14. @Leo Gura Not even a hint to what it's about? I'm with @Ape on this you tease.
  15. @Harikrishnan This^ Also --> and -->
  16. Without a doubt, but your body will be dragging ass without proper nutrition.
  17. Nutrition. Setting goals and achieving them (drive, passion, purpose). Just getting these two things into place is all you need.
  18. @Samuel Garcia For people not saying anything --> Fear, confrontation, dogma, not caring enough, someones inability to listen, they themselves don't know or have never even been exposed, they themselves are depressed etc. Not everyone is selfless, most people are stuck in their own egoic deficiencies, you're basically asking what drives someone to move and what stops them from moving, and that's a deep list.
  19. Definitely, but also recognize if it's legitimately best for you to just not be around people, people can waste your time, make sure that this dissatisfaction is really an issue for you, I'll say that building your socail skills will be a very important skill to master in your life.
