Im currently trying to develop my social skills in particular with girls. I have spent the last 4 years mainly focused on pursuing truth and consciousness and thus spent most of my time in isolation, contemplating, meditating i.e. mostly "vertical" development. I have been starting to go out and socialize more, mainly in the context of social circles i.e. going to house partys and social gatherings. Im a quite flamboyant and gitty person and im definitely not shy or anxious around people but its quite hard for me to establish an authentic, sexual, man to woman frame. I usually end up creating a rather friendly, playful vibe with the girl and its kind of hard to come back from that or to take it in a direction that would lead to a sexual relationship. Its almost like im taking the sexual tension and energy and transmuting it into words and gestures that make me look more like some kind of excentric philosopher or movie director or whatever. People are definitely drawn to that but I dont want to be some kind of Freddy Mercury figure that people look up to or are entertained by. Its almost unbearable for me to hold all this tension and sexuality in my body in the interaction with the girl and not let it animate me creatively. So my question is, how do I show sexual intent and set a man to woman frame without overwhelming the girl with too much female energy that she does not know how to respond to or make sense of. EDIT: To make it even more explicit: How do I sexually escalate an interaction with a girl when she probably thinks im gay?

You are not conscious of Truth, so why don't you just stop playing these games? -

Will this charade ever stop? -
I don't have respect for people that want to inflict harm on others. His brain is obviously fried and now he wants to drag others into his little hellhole. You don't need more psychedelics to destabilize your mind, you need to get your shit together and take responsibility for your life.

Holy shit dude, fuck off with your nonsense. I would ban you for this comment alone if I could.

I used to do keto for like a year and it kinda messed with my digestion and gave me a leaky gut. I load up on carbs every evening now and I feel much better, but there really is no universal solution for diet, just experiment a bit and see what works for you. -

I think Lamar is solid yellow. Obama famously admires him and they are even good friends as far as I know. -
You are creating all this negativity and nihilism yourself. I can only give you a vision of what you could become, should you choose to take responsibility for your life and actualize your dreams. If you would rather be depressed and bitch and moan, there is nothing I can do or say to you to change that. Try to make it happen! Until you do that you have no right to complain and Im not going to bend over backwards to talk you into following your dreams.

If you want to become a philosopher, get serious about it. Read the greeks, read the enlightenment philosophers, if you grapple with meaning and nihilism, read the existentialists if you must. Find out what it is about philosophy that you love. Is it the aesthetics and prose, is it the logic, is it making the world better? Dont ruminate on Truth and the Absolute all the time. Nothing can be said about that, that hasnt been said a million times already. Philosophy can not come from a place of equanimity. Allow yourself to be kinky, irrational, mystical, creative, dont suppress that shit, treat it like your muse. Go enroll in university if you are not already, there are tons of people there interested in philsophy and literature. Connect with those people, start a book club or some kind of underground think tank or whatever, how hard can it be if you really try to make it happen?

Im saying you are not appreciating how deep their worldview goes. This is extremely powerful stuff, check out Carl Jungs Red Book, in which he documents how his life and mind completely unravels as he immerses himself in this way of thought.
-
Its the same with Putin and Dugin. Its not like these people are not smart or neccessarily closed minded but their mythopoetic worldview has infested them so deeply that their own survival is completely dependent on them acting out these archetypal dynamics.
-
No way in hell you could debate him out of his reality tunnel. Without all the meaning he gets from his archetypes and myths he would have killed himself a long time ago.
-
Pretty much that. I believe he sees himself as a martyr. Its silly and brutal that his intellectual journey has brought him to that point but thats where hes at I think.

What I want to bring to the discussion and what I touched on in the other post about him is that the level of analysis here is just not appropriate if you want to understand Peterson. For him, life is literally a myth unfolding. There is not really a notion of progress in his world, its all a cyclical reenactment of mythopoetic and archetypal dynamics. Ironically he is failing to do the thing that Jung did, which is to individuate and step outside of it. I think its quite remarkable, the way he sees the world and if you have never done any deep psychoanalytic work this will seem totally alien to you but its just what it is. Peterson is far from intellectually bankrupt, its just that hes so totally caught up in the narrative and these dynamics of "good and evil" that he can not help himself but slip ever deeper into a reactionary position of trying to bring order to the world, which to him is becoming more and more chaotic and out of sync with the archetypes and myths. He must be in a really dark place and is probably on the edge of insanity, with all his myths, that for him are fundamental and have always been there from the beginning of mankind, completely unravelling. So Im advocating for a bit more sympathy here. The guy, for all he knows, is fighting on behalf of the whole world to bring back stability and order into society.

I think you guys are strawmanning Peterson here a bit. I think Peterson, being a clinical psychologist and having had such a tough life is just painfully aware how important and foundational family values, integenerational relationships and belongingness are for the majority of society. Once this foundation gets pulled from under our feet people will completely lose their minds and purpose for living. There is already a rampant mental health and meaning crisis in the west and basically everybody lives in ones own little customized reality bubble through which one sees and makes sense of the world, which is only gonna get worse with new emergent technologies like AI. You have to appreciate how deep Petersons thought is influenced by depth psychology and especially Jung. I totally believe Peterson sees himself as a kind of martyr and is fully surrendering himself to these archetypal dynamics. For him its a holy war and he wants to be on the right side of history. -
Thanks guys, I will practice being more blunt and assertive and not be so artsy and fancy all the time. Im definitely not gay btw and I get turned on by hot women but I usually dont feel it coming from my dick, it is more an appreciation and awe for the aesthetics of her body or face or just the way she carries herself. I still want to fuck her, dont get me wrong, but thats usually not whats most alive for me when I talk to girls.

Jesus dude, drop your lofty plans and start to get real with yourself. Dont waste your time investing your dimes and pennys in stocks and crypto and dont put your dreams off for 10 years. Start to take some fucking responsibility and dont hang out in some fancy online forums when clearly what you need is to take some action right the fuck now. Im not here to judge you or pitty you but what you need is a kick in the butt. Go to your mirror and look at yourself and then compare that with what you could be if you startet to get serious about your life. Dont even think about some lofty stage green or yellow ideas, what you need is someone like Jordan Peterson or David Goggins giving you the hard facts. Go make yourself into someone you can be proud of. This is not an option, you owe that to yourself! Hang in there brother.

Such a mood.

Go outcompete everyone and become the best and then you will see how silly it is and still have plenty time to focus on your dharma. I had to burn through that shit aswell.
