@Wilhelm44 the way we are connected is via qualia of living. the feeling you have of breathe entering your lungs and leaving your lungs is the same being as when i feel it. Our heart beats are coming from the same being. Your heartbeat is the same heartbeat as every animal. Close your eyes and breathe. Thats God breathing. Our experience of reality branches out and begins with breathing. With ever creature. So we and every animals last experience will be breathing. This is how we connect when we enter the state of just breathing we literally become every living thing.

@Carl-Richard When someone has a panic attack they are seeing God. They are already meditating. If you truly silence the mind you will see something this causes panic. They cant sit down they feel like they are losing grip with reality. They have to use the body or else they feel like they are dissapearing. It will trigger fight or flight in the body. Its like a mini awakening.

I see a guru recently say that the feeling of Nirvana is like the feeling of finishing university or college after a long time. The feeling of being complete. When I awaken the feeling that happened to me was like I just finished running a hyper marathon without knowing I was doing it. So we already know the feeling of being complete but we dont hold it or use it. If you want to be complete or in Nirvana all you have to do is feel like you are complete. You dont need anything else in life. Just feel like you finished university all the time.

Panic attack is seeing conciousness. After I took mushrooms my panic attack stopped completely and I cant even induce it again. Before my awakening I was sensing doom looming over me 24/7. I feel evilness looking at me from shadow. It felt like I was going to hell. But I was actually going deep into my shadow. Take some shroom bro. It means you are fully pulled back for the slingshot. It was like a magic pill to stop panic attacks. Think of a panic attack like you are pulling down your energy really hard really fast. You then stop and dont let go you are holding the rubber band. Then you have another one and go lower and still hold on. You have 10 000 panic attacks and you are at maximum elasticity down in the energy. You are holding on. Eventually you say I cannot do this anymore! This world is too low vibration for me I want to die. Psychedelic say let go of your rubber band and your energy must shoot back up. TO GOD! If you let go it will feel like a panic attack but really really good and you will see God from the slongshot of low vibrational energy to really high. This massive shift in energy and conciousness will allow you to see something you cannot see in ordinary life. Yourself. I suggest using lemon tek as it will make it happen really fast. You dont want slow roll you want it to hit you hard fast so you dont know whats happening and dont have time to get scared.

There is an infinitely expansive void behind you right now. Where your head is, is not a head, its infinite empty space. The feeling of having a head and hands that can touch the head is just something this space can pretend to feel. You are not 'locked in a head'. You are actually infinitely huge and this reality is a tiny point. If you touch the back of your head and the back of your butt the qualia is happening in the same location. This massive empty void. Because of self reflection/ego. You are conciousness receiving information. When your information stops being fed into conciousness, it literally dosent matter whats happening because you wont have words. If you never had a thought again, what are we even talking about? There was a God before birth but its not there. Its somewhere else. Human mind connect to this via being able to pretend its not that. God is always outside of reality. You come from a metaphysical realm. That has physical realms in it.

When you are depressed you are doing it to yourself. Because you need to be able to appreciate feeling the beauty of life. If God is not happy in his current beautiful form he needs to create something worse so when he gets back he will be appreciative of his current state. Human life is like depression for God. He needs to be a human so he can appreciate being God. Once it goes which is inevitably does then God become a human again.

Autistic people have very little self identity. This means they do not think about themselves. This makes them very sensitive to peoples energy. When I was at work I would get random odd sensations that I couldnt explain. When I grabbed a knife I would feel like I want to stab someone with it. One time I came into work and had an urge to punch my boss in the face. The knife sensation kept happening for months and im like wtf is this. Later a woman said 'I was watching a zombie movie and now everytime I hold a knife I feel like stabbing someone with it.'. When I felt the urge to punch my boss in the face I heard later on that my boss and this same woman were fighting about something and she was yelling at her. I only remeber this now because the woman got fired like a month and half ago and I am realizing that I havent felt these feelings since she has been gone. This is autism sensitiviy. Austists (Yogi) are Hypersensitive to energy and can know things about without being there based on this stuff. I am coming to the realization that no energy I feel is me. Anything beyond null energy is not me. Autist are sensitive because they can feel everyone. And everyone is angry. They suck at language because they cant define concepts. They are so God that they cannot label things like society is trained. They cannot get past the concept of nothing. English defines words as 1 thing. An autist would be better at learning greek because they are two words to make a word. Such as philosophy = 1 word no definition to be had. love of knowledge = 2 words a concept can be formed. English is a trash language.

Thinking about God will heal you. Thinking about Gods total love for you will heal your soul. Men are supposed to cry. Crying = releasing attached neurons. You see God you are dying, your neurons are detaching, you are going away and you cant stop yourself from crying. Humans are made to cry because they have memory. Crying is getting rid of that. Thats why you cry when your loved one dies. You are releasing memory. When you see God you will cry alot as you are deleting yourself in real time. Next time you cry do it as hard as you can. Literally put so much pressure on your brain it will feel like its going to explode. After you are done you will say I dont even know where I am. If you figure out how to stop thinking your brain will automatically start silencing the ego. This will make you cry automatically randomly. It will feel really good and you feel Gods love. Now you are in bliss as you ride the wave of life constantly forgetting you exist over and over and crying cause of God.
