@LordFall If you were in space looking at the earth behind the earth that you cant see dosent exist. Its a flat image. Behind the other side of the earth is formless. Thats your direct experience. You are seeing both sides of the earth from one side. If you look at the earth and cant see the other side, you are actually seeing the other side from the side you are looking at, its just dosent have a form.

The Earth is flat. Not up and down, like an objective up and down exist. Its 2 dimensional, your perceptual field can only go up and down and left and right.

my pet peeve is when people use the terms like matrix and awakening as something social or governmental thing. And you ask where is it coming from? Its programming itself from another dimension. Life and you are so intelligent you randomly broke through to another dimension as if cheating death. Ego also isn't just thinking. Its resistance to doing things. Ie not wanting to go into cold shower. Setting limitations on how much you can lift or how much you can stretch in yoga. Or how far you can run is all ego. There is physical ego. If you constantly push against your limitations you will destroy your ego.

Its called awakening. I would go so far as to say your panic attacks aren't from fear of heart attack the idea of heart attack comes after the panic attack is started. A sudden jolt of fear and the body says what was that and makes up a problem thats happening when whats happening is metaphysical not physical.
