When I have a hot shower I will curl into a ball and lay there for 15 minutes in the tub. Blood will be flowing to lower regions the hot water make my body really hot. I stand up fast in the shower. My head feels like Im flicking my hair back and im disappearing into a void of nothing. Holding this space without moving or freaking out is dying. wait until after 9 oclock. Preferably around 10. I have a weird thing where if I go to bed before 9 I will sleep for 2 hours and wake up and if I sleep after 9 I will stay sleeping. Like my body power naps instead of sleeping. I will always have very vivid dreams during those 2 hours and wake up hot.

My idea is you need to learn how to use your nervous system and use it without thinking. And be able to hold it at intense levels for long periods. The field reacts to your nervous system. Humans in societies nervous system is dormant.

@Never_give_up Autistic people are funny. They are so kind its funny. You will light up their day. I saw autistic man at the grocery store working and he was saying super corny shit and it was endearing and funny and made me like him. Its not attractive to be so pessemistic towards yourself.
