If my base is nothing and I add human, then if I take off human I am still there and can still think and feel. A human body dosent feel anything there is nothing in the human body that can feel and emote and think its just matter. If you are nothing and are tricked into thinking you are human then you die. If you know you are nothing and are not tricked into thinking you are human you will experience death.

Its like giving the keys to a semi truck to someone who only drove a nissan. He has openly stated he has no idea what he is doing. You know it when you come back from seeing it. When you see it its all you can see when you come back to regular mind you can look back on the experience and can decipher what just happened to you. When you are experiencing God you are not there your aura field or feeling of you disintegrates. If you saw God and then didn't come back you wouldn't be able to say I experienced God. So you can become directly conscious and be experiencing, but only know when you come back down and think what the fuck was that?! Like if a 2d flat laner suddenly got launched into 3d and is experiencing 3d going wtf is going on? then floating down to 2d it can only know it was in 3d when it comes back to 2d. While in 3d its experiencing 3d not know what is happening, when it lands it can contemplate on what happened and know. If it didn't land back into 2d and it landed in 4d it would be like it forgot everything about 2d and is being birthed into 4d and cant know.

@Sugarcoat Psychedelic showed me I don't have a brain. Its a first person simulation, objective reality only exists to first person experiencers. They showed me the void where I think my head is, is the edge of the universe. If I am playing Skyrim VR and I am looking out the POV of my Skyrim characters eyes, the Skyrim character does not have a brain as I'm looking out of its POV. If I point the pov of my Skyrim characters eyes to its own brain and asked myself where am I? The answer would be not here. If I am talking to a merchant in Skyrim any emotion the Skyrim merchant has is perceived by me based on what he sounds like and seems to be expressing. The merchant in the game has no emotion outside of the POV of my experience. The self is like this. The self is looking into a simulation and when it takes the headset off its revealed to be nothing but also everything that was being experienced in the game of life. Without the self there is nothing and when the self is revealed to itself by metaphysically taking the headset off it is seen to be nothing.

@Sugarcoat If we could somehow take our eyeballs and turn them around and look at our own brains we would see we are not that. Since we are the experiencer not the experience of reality. You are also not in your eyeballs. Try to picture your eyes looking at your own brain, you are looking at yourself from your eyes, which is not you, and you are also looking at your brain which is not you. Where are you in this scenario?

@Sugarcoat I'd go the other way the self created the body and everything. Yourself is the universe. You and me are the same thing looking at a different body.

@Sugarcoat The brain is creating the idea that there is something there experiencing something. Then this thing the brain created (you), creates other things to experience things its experiencing (other people and objects). Its just a screen and there is a metaphysical eye looking at it.

@Sugarcoat Its not an assumption,you can see that you are just reflecting emotions back at yourself creating emotions other people are feeling and assigning them to them. The persons emotions never leaves their body and you feel it, what you feel others are feeling is you reading body language and creating an emotion you think they are feeling. You have never felt anything from anything in your entire life all of it is self created emotion. Right outside the skull is a void of emotion, feeling, concept, idea and the idea that people exist. Your feelings of reality never go out and reach others they hit your skull and bounce back, only you don't have a skull there is an invisible window between you and reality, you are a ghost in heaven looking through a window making up everything you are seeing and feeling. Its an assumption to say other people are feeling my emotions or I am feeling others emotions. 1 millimetre outside the human body the idea that anything exists is not there. Its just brains predicting things with a complete void inbetween them.We talk and shout and express into non existence. An energy source(human) can witness this expressionfrom another energy source(human) and express what it is witnessing to itself from across the empty void. Since its not receiving any information from a void, the expression of witnessing and experiencing is completely self created. Not only does this apply to humans but your entire field of view all the time. So all the content of your life is completely self created including the narrative you have of yourself every experience every emotion. If you walk down the street, people are doing construction, you are talking to a friend, cars drive by you hear honking. All of this activity is your mind, nothing is happening 1 millimetre outside your body. Why reality is so weird is that it works without logic, when logic is applied it still works. Its primarily created without logic but it works up until logic points back to itself, showing that nothing is happening.

They are told not to cry. Crying is a release when you release you forget and heal. They are all carrying the baggage from childhood still and it just piles up as perceived hatred towards life.

Identity is a structure and you cant take the bottom out without the top falling over. If he suddenly has an identity change without collapsing the original that identity change will be on top of the structure with this woman underneath. @Optimal_Prime Before doing anything you have to understand that you are alone. You said the woman was your emotional crutch to lift off from but have no idea if you are still using that crutch. Make one wrong move and the entire thing collapses and you will see if you are still using them as a crutch. Once fear goes the fear of death goes and then when things you would normally perceive as scary because of dying turns to weird because you know you cant die but you don't know whats going to happen.
