  1. "world Central Kitchen is devastated to confirm seven members of our team have been killed in an IDF strike in Gaza." https://wck.org/news/gaza-team-update
  2. @Leo Gura What do you think of Arnold's stance on the war, if you were in his shoes what would you do differently? Starting at 21:04 I think he tried to speak his truth while sustaining good relations with the Israelis. But I can't help but feel saddened by how he strongly expresses how he stands with Israel while walking on egg-shells half-assing his expressed little to no opposition to what is happening to the Palestinians.
  3. A new york times investigation into the bombing of the hospital. https://www.nytimes.com/2023/10/24/world/middleeast/gaza-hospital-israel-hamas-video.html "The Times’s finding does not answer what actually did cause the Al-Ahli Arab Hospital blast, or who is responsible. The contention by Israeli and American intelligence agencies that a failed Palestinian rocket launch is to blame remains plausible. But the Times analysis does cast doubt on one of the most publicized pieces of evidence that Israeli officials have used to make their case and complicates the straightforward narrative they have put forth."
  4. @Danioover9000 I don't quite understand the percentages you presented but I do agree that gay grooming is nowhere near where the conservatives portray it to be but also indoctrination by making a child make that big of a decision that they can't comprehend at 6 is absurdly stupid as well. @Heart of Space While I agree with what you said about the gay grooming idea, indoctrinating a child into taking pills and having surgeries that would cause hormonal impalances and fuck up their brain development is not a solution either.
  5. @Leo Gura said that you can't groom a straight man into fucking men and that there's idiology and dogma within the subject. Although I acknowledge the importance of sex education, I think that in some instances it may be used as a tool for indoctrination, resulting in children making decisions that they will later regret. I didn't see Leo empathize this enough and would like to hear your opinions on the subject.
  6. Hi A couple of years ago I had a dream that I woke up from feeling a strong emotion for the rest of the day that I'm not sure what it was. I believe that the details of the dream are not very important but the general idea of the dream is the following: I was a child, I had a female friend that I was playing with, in the end, she was lying in the hospital, a black hole appeared on her face and I woke up. the feeling was very peaceful and loving but still not sure about that. what is that?
  7. @Judy2 Thank you for your lovely reply, it's true that theorizing about it is not needed, but watching something about it when I wanna watch something for fun could be fun.
  8. Hi! I almost didn't find anyone in my life who had a similar experience but I'm sure you guys know. It's been almost a year since I last experienced it for a few seconds and I really wanna know more about it. Did you have similar experiences? are there any documentaries that talk about it or anything similar? Could you please help me understand it? why don't I experience it anymore? When I think of the last question I can't help but have the idea that I've diverged away from the truth. what are your thoughts on this?
  9. Hi I live in a conservative country and a conservative part of that country where male-female interactions are considered sextual and not okay. How to go about having a social circle of female friends at university? I'm not saying it's hard, there are ways and one of which is using social media but I don't like that approach and I would love to know ur thoughts on this.
  10. https://warmdatalab.net/ I'm really interested in knowing your thoughts on this what do you think of Nora Bateson (the one how came up with it) Do you think she's a systems thinker? "Information that does not take into account the full scope of interrelationality in a system is likely to inspire misguided decision-making, which compounds already “wicked” problems. Warm Data is not meant to replace or in any way diminish other data, but rather it is meant to keep data of certain sorts “warm” — with a nest of relations intact."
  11. Hi I started working on my personal development for a year now and I feel that I achieved a great deal and I'm very excited and enthusiastic about the endless possibilities in the future and everyday I'm becoming more aware and I'm learning more and more. the problem is that sometimes I can't stop feeling like shit and feeling like I'm stuck although I can see that I'm progressing and with some great realizations but I still feel like I'm stuck I'm becoming a little more aware of how I'm projecting distorted energy to people especially those who I like hanging out with and how I'm causing people to not feel comfortable around me and I'm feeling lonely and sometimes depressed. do you have any insights for me? can you relate?
  12. @Preety_India Thank you for your response this definitely gave me more clarity. It's not that I don't want her to hang out with anyone else or I hang out with them but it's like they built their bonds with each other and they aren't very welcoming of "outsider" or that's how I feel. I see my self esteem issues are also playing an active role in this too. So yeah I think it's learning to relax and letting go.
