  1. @Ilya You don't want to base your life on high hights because those are not natural releases of dopamine and after those there are usually low lows. When you play video games you stimulate the brain to release happy chemicals, and then those happy chemicals bond you to the video games. You don't want to base your happiness on outside stimuli. Internal happiness is much more powerful and sustainable, you can always rely on the inside world. Also, if you overstimulate the production of dopamine with modern technology, then you Will open more dopamine gates than normal. This Will result in withdrawal symptoms and you Will need more and more stimuli to satisfy the urge for dopamine, resulting in addiction. Not good. The opened gates Will become dormant for a few months and can be activated again with just one use, so you need some time to pass, for the gates to close completely. After a year of consistency with the basics everything should be good and you Will not feel lack anymore. You feel lack because you overstimulated the production of dopamine in the past. When you over stimulate yourself, you lose sensitivity to life.
  2. @Ilya Your body has a need to release happy chemicals. Modern society makes everything so easy, that you don't have to try hard to release those chemicals. So you lose the ability to release those chemicals and start to depend on external stimuli for the high. Start going to the gym, exercise and you Will not feel as much of a lack anymore. Find your favorite way of releasing your happy chemicals. I like intense physical exercise - lifting weights, hiking and walking for hours, playing football. Long term surrender is easier when you learn to stabilize your mood.
  3. @mikeyy During the time you haven't been meditating, you accumulated some energies in the muscle tissue and now it is being released. The old energy needs to leave first, before the new energy can enter the body. This is a sign you are doing great. When muscles relax, certain thoughts and emotions Will activate and you tend to identify with those thoughts. The thoughts presented are there just for you to identify with them, so you can maintain a certain feeling state. Most of the time if you identify with the arising phenomena of the senses, it's destructive, counter productive, slows down the process and that's because most people have a lot of limiting beliefs, limiting roles and default positions, doubts, negative suppressed emotions...
  4. @Ether It is magical and fascinating, a deep inner fulfillment regardless of the circumstances or temporary states. I feel better when I am consistently hitting the gym and happy chemicals get released, also when I eat raw food and drink fresh juices. Building a massive inspiring vision for your life, while taking actions that bring you closer to it Will also make you happier. Focus on the basics and Fundamentals. Just keep consistently practicing and you Will get there. You might experience some spiritual plateau, but you Will overcome it, if you are consistent with practicing and experiment with different approaches. Stay mindful trough the whole day and keep expanding the inner silence that is present between thoughts, keep noticing how the body does things without you thinking anything and also meditate with alfa/theta/delta brainwaves a couple of times per week. You have a lot of meditation material in the playlists I shared in my second guide.

  6. @Ether 0% suffering. @Dodo This is complicated but it could be your spirit guides or you receiving some higher light frequencies via the pineal gland. I had a lot of strange experiences with light. @Sine This is the observer ego trap. There is much more after enlightenment. Your next incarnations are happening now. Linear time is an illusion. There is a lot to achieve. When you realize what and who you are, then you can realize even more of what and who you are, it doesn't stop, it's not a destination but a journey.It's a journey of expansion of consciousness. Yes, realization is not about reaching some place or evolving but that doesn't mean your evolution can stop after realization, just the opposite, your evolution should accelerate.
  7. @Shakazulu No, past lives are legit but they are happening now, we are just not attuned to it and create a sense of linearity. There are no coincidences in the universe, Everything is always the way it was supposed to be. The way you feed the vacuum comes back to you. Whatever frequency you emmit, is what you'll get reflected back. We have control of over the response we give in the now, but we don't have control over phenomena. We can choose how we wish to relate to whatever arises that we have no control over.
  8. @krish I have noticed huge changes only after 3 weeks. After 3 weeks white orbs of light started materializing around me over the day. That's a sign you are doing something right. Results might vary, I don't know, I'm only speaking about what I've experienced. Be aware as much as possible while maintaing a state of inner silence. Also check this post This is a question worth contemplating. There are so many but I have never bothered to articulate them when I experienced them, so I don't remember all of them now. Also different changes were part of a different timelines. I Will try to list them a few: Accelerated space-time I don't care much about having free Will and so I surrender to the Devine Will. The universe always knows what is best, the personal mind is limited, the universe has no limit. I feel emotions very deeply I am more sensitive to the influences from the environment. There was a period where I was hyper sensitive, but then I have learned to better ground my energies. Sensing "paranormal phenomena" Refined intuition Knowing that I am guided in the right direction. Knowing that something is happening without me directly seeing it More ideas More open minded I don't cling to certain positions, I can look trough both perspectives I am able to shut down thought streams Able to open up a thought streams Able to detach from self-agenda No monkey mind Breathing mechanism is slower able to discern more clearly what I am and who I am.   12. @Ether I was just sharing some ideas, of course there is more to it. Enlightenment is of course the best to end suffering, but most people need more practical advice. Enlightenment takes years. Confirm your beliefs with personal experience.

  14. @snowleopard If higher dimensional beings would take some form of a psychadelic, then everything would be even more psychadelic, because the energy channels would open up to the higher electromagnetic light spectrums, just like in our dimension. But I don't think they need it. In higher dimensions buildings are moving, buildings are emmiting sound, everything is morphing and changing, it's fluid, vibrant, like a dance of form, form looks like it's alive, technology responds to thoughts. In this dimension the energy is condensed to a slow vibration and so it appears slow, motionless, stationary...

  17. @Dodo Yes. Some people have mentioned that drawing these geometries is also good. I have not yet explored this topic fully, so I can't talk much about it. It's deep. I have had an experience where I have printed a Picture of a symbol that was channeled and had some energetic shifts and unexplained visions. Also I have printed and draw some geometries (sri yantra) and experienced shifts in the direction promoted. You can also use visualizations of the merkaba, to travel to other dimensions, but I have not practiced that yet. And much more....
  18. If you don't verify existential beliefs with personal experience, you're setting yourself for a mindfuck. Let's say you have all the theory about enlightenment in the world stored in your brain. Well, that's good, but if you don't verify those beliefs with personal experience, you are just wasting time. The information needs to be transformed into knowledge that is based on personal experience. The Information is not knowledge, knowledge is information put into practice.
  19. The mind doesn't create anything. Ego is located inside time. The mind is a tool to attract and repel certain vibrations (feelings, thoughts, words, actions). The being (soul, consciousness, True Self, no-self) manifests the unmanifested (existent) possibilities of infinity trought the blueprint of sacred geometry.

  21. @iTommy Stop searching for an I. Be aware as much as possible. Self-inquiry and mindfulness meditation can go together. Be aware of your deepest sense of self, without having a need to articulate it in symbolic expression for 1 month, every second with intensity.
