@UnbornTao Cool. One thing that is working well: You have to create your own techniques with your acquired knowledge. One example is that: I'm building a Stoic OS. Also I'm using breathwork, NLP/NS, visualization to install good habits, being more productive, creative, calm. The whole focus right now is applying specific knowledge to solve basic problems: dating, making money, habits, behaviors, ID. You have a problem - You understand the problem - You study solutions to solve the problem - Create a technique/practice/habit/behavior to solve it - Done.

Thanks for your pov's on that matter. I'll keep talking about basic self-help here but i'm done talking about spirituality with humans.

Great POV. I just don't get how people can live like that in real life. Spirituality is anti-cultural, anti-life, anti-business. Spirituality should be prohibited to young people.

To be honest, i don't think we can discuss spirituality with language. If we want to have a collective experience about spirituality, we need to develop a new tool to specifically discuss spirituality. Language is more suited for hard sciences.

@Razard86 You're not pissing me off, that's ok 😁 I'm just sick of debates about spirituality while we have other things to do here. Even If solipsism is the truth, why people who know It even talk about that? They are talking to themselves trying to persuade themselves. Silly human games at its best.

What gives you more potential for growth: 100 hours of meditation/contemplation alone. (50/50) 100 hours talking in a forum.
