One of my kittens died today of flu and it broke my heart. I didn't expect that because I always thought that nonduality eliminates this from the equation but it turns out it change it into something different. I remembered all the good moments between us, her playfullness, her little cute voice calling me to get her food, the way she used to rub herself against my leg. I also imagined myself in her place suffering of disease and then dying slowly. But on the other hand I reminded myself that it is all an illusion and this cat will now enjoy life in another form. Death is paradoxical, it feels bad but very beautiful and touching at the same time. Flourish in peace my dear kitten.

@Tyler Durden God gets captured when it starts imagining forms, but it is not really real at the end, the 1st experience you are having is imaginary, if you start doing the spiritual work, you will gradually start realizing this truth. Ultimately you will be able to tap into the experience of every living being there is, but only when you return to the source.

Human experience and even enlightenment itself is not more special than any other experience in the eyes of the absolute. @Loba I suffer from OCD/social anxiety/depression. I am trying to clean my head from all the bullshit that got into it and SRRIs failed to do that for me. My experience with them is very meh, but if it is working for you stay on them.

@Loba I don't focus that much on remembering dreams but It does make dreams more engaging/vivid. What's your experience with SSRIs like. I was on SSRIs a couple of weeks ago. I stopped them and start taking rue. It is working very well for me. With Syrian rue, you have two effects the immediate and latent effect. The immediate effect is an instant elevation of mood and effects like a microdose of acid. You can use this period of increased consciousness to better deal with your shit. and then you have the latent effect which is the elevation of mood for a couple of days.

Yeah, It is mildly psychedelic. However, the thing I most like about Syrian rue is that it elevates the mood instantly and has a lasting antidepressant effect for multiple days after ingestion. It is very helpful if you struggle with any kind of depression or anxiety. It also helps me better deal with my limiting beliefs and it becomes much easier to let go of them.
