No, don't just dismiss the idea of medications. You must try at least a couple of different medications before reaching this conclusion. For me, I din't respond to SSRIs and lost hope, but later on I tried another combination of drugs and it was the difference between day and night. Just search for a good psychatris and he/she will know what to do. Also, there are some supplements that are great for ocd, I tried them personally and they great. NAC, this one is very strong, a dose of it and the mind gets silent. Just take in it in pills, it is so sour inositol, it is some kind of sugar that has a good effect on OCD magenisum theornate, zinc and copper, omega 3 and vitamine D are essential you can also ask for a benzodiazibne drug for this difficult period also, my doctor prescribed me a mood stabilizer called lamotrigine, it works instantly and it is amazing don't lose hope. it is well know that medications are very effective for ocd and more essential than cbt

Gbl/GHB is far safer substance than alcohol and far less toxic to the body. I don't why it is not more popular. Maybe because it was stigmatized as are a rape drug and some say it is somewhat neurotoxic but is actually not. All the studies on humans who consumed these substances or even abused them didn't have any evidence supporting that. This substance is basically alcohol without all the toxicity.

@Leo Gura I think also that you need to adopt an additional style of making videos. A solo video where I just see your head and you talk for hours on a certain topic can be boring and less attractive. You should start doing some workshops and talk in front of people engaging with a public and making some jokes in the process. You don't necessarily need to let them talk or ask questions, you just make a video in front of people and with a crowd engaing with them. I love your solo style but I think you need an additional way of conveying your Ideas and make them less boring and more attractive. Also, I think you should start monetizing a lot of the videos you made. You practically canceled your self. If you hidden some of the more extreme and advanced videos and let the people who need them be the one who actually watch them would have been better. And actually some people will hurt their selves and destroy thier lives watching your videos. If you did this from the beginning, you would have been more popular and more beneficial actually. You would be giving the people who needs basic advice and a more practical teachings or just mild spiritual teachings a more suiting and beneficial teachings. I expect you to refuse this advice and talk about how special your teachings are and how you just teach the more advanced stuff. Pls consider what I just wrote, don't jist dismiss my opinion. Cheers

I didn't actually and I actually slept good last night. Today I waked up with the energy of five men combined, lol. I am very happy now and energitic, I am thinking about all the cool things I will do in the future and studying for now. This was the person I was hiding inside me and was repressed by mental illness, the substance just allowed it to come up. The warning is coming from a point of appreciation not from a point of negativity, I just know how powerful this substance is. And I think it also has a psychedelic effect too because I read it does acvtivates seritonin receptors not just NDMA and dopamine but I am on antidepressants and the psychedelic effect was not that great but it was present tho. So this can be a very powerful substance for people who cannot handle it.
