  1. On my first acid trip, I imagined my parents who were trying to calm me down, as punks trying to rape me and they did. I am a chill guy so I didn't do anything but I imagine some people are much more aggressive. Psychedelics come with their own risks and this shouldn't be undermined. The poor guy overdosed and was scared and confused.
  2. Are there any creatures that live in a reality in a higher dimension than ours? Is there a solid experience like the one we are experiencing in our 3D reality?
  3. @integral Yeah Iron is known to cause GI upset and constipation. She can take Iron IM injection but it may leave some brown discoloration on the site of injection.
  4. @Someone here Money is a representation of products, food, natural sources, structures, and services. Money value is imaginary, we use money to facilitate the trade of mentioned things.
  5. @Sabth Do you hear voices? Are you paranoid? are you functional?
  6. @Ash55 Buddhism is obsessed with peace and nothingness so it is quite limited and shallow. Traditional Nonduality is not deep and direct enough but it is still way better than buddhim.
  7. New-age enough? https://www.instagram.com/reel/CtKiY--vAEs/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
  8. @Sabth If they are giving you medication for schizophrenia, then most likely you need it. Disorganised speech is a symptom of schizophrenia and judging from your writing, you have this one. Medication can help a lot in cases of schizophrenia, if you don't take it, your life will spiral into a deep dark hole. of course, nobody can make you take medication but It will help a lot! just try it for a few months. There are some medications that cause fewer side effects, ask for those if you are concerned.
  9. I experienced temporary insanity on my first acid trip, I started shouting and crying and I wasn't in control, I watched everything happening from a seat back there and I got pretty delusional. I perceived a fireplace as hell itself, I saw my mother and father as rapists, and I thought Leo at some point will open the door and come out from nowhere. It was a difficult experience but not that difficult except that I was living with my family and I scared the shit out of them.
  10. @Yimpa Yeah I remember the video and it was quite interesting. But it still doesn't answer the question, Are there any beings that live life like ours but in higher dimensions?
  11. @StarStruck hmmm, is not there millions of single words and billions of compund words, be creative!
  12. Ironically, being nice is a survival mechanism. being nice to people means people will tend to accept and protect you and this is why a good portion of people tend to be nice and passive. Being a coward sometimes work for your benefit
  13. @StarStruck Everybody needs to work to fill the gaps in their personalities. Nice people need to be more expressive than repressive, more self-confident, more genuine and spontaneous, and actively keep their boundaries. On the other hand, not nice people must learn to control their anger, respect the boundaries of others, less narcissistic, more empathic, and less aggressive in their approach to life. I love being nice when it is coupled with strength. I see that many "strong" people are actually aggressive people who are easily triggered and angered which is a weakness in itself.
  14. You don't need to awaken to have peace. People here are so obsessed with Awakening. Most people need to lay a sold ground of peace, love and joy before even considering pursuiting awakening.
  15. The trailer turned me off immediately. I don't know what made you think it was good.
  16. No need to be innovative. Just by carrying the Meta name, it means instant success in this time when Twitter is highly criticized for insufficient moderation. Many companies will prioritize making ads on this app rather than on Twitter.
  17. Mark literally fked Musk in the ass by releasing this app now. Oh, poor Musk. 50 billion will go to waste because of your childish attitude
  18. @Davino Really? I never feared such a thing, but everyone has personal fears. And maybe because I have a very stable mind and I am a very rational person, so going insane is not for me. Anyways, You will not go insane from a trip or two and it will not happen suddenly. Psychosis happen in genetically susceptible people, and even those don't commonly complain of sudden psychosis after smoking weed or doing acid. It tends to creep in gradually. So this fear is delusional and silly in the first place. But also, the best solution for any fear is to let the fear become a reality in your mind. Imagine all the worst things that you fear in life happening to you, and then don't resist them, let go of them, don't believe them, see how silly they are, see how it is all personal bias for self-protection and how it is not really bad. Imagine yourself living as an insane person for the rest of your life and accept it. It takes time but it works well. You will feel uncomfortable doing it at first but will start seeing massive results after a few weeks or months of doing this practice daily.
  19. You know what you feel more than any therapist. If you feel unhappy, you are unhappy. Go see another therapist.
  20. @ZenAlex Many people suffer from a mental illness called dysthymia, which is chronic mild depression. Medications can help a lot, don't be afraid of them. Try Prozac and see for yourself. My sister was suffering such things. despite being very interested in personal development and spirituality, she felt mild depression and unhappiness. She took Prozac and she is now happier than ever. Sometimes medications can help a lot!
  21. Yup, this is it. And this happens in phsysics too. Solving problems instead of pure understanding. I always looked at physics as some kind of philosophy rather than science. Genuises of physics were not geniuses because of solving problems, thy were because they came up with ground shattering theories and inventions.
  22. I was good at math, I got like 397/400 in the high school exam, and it was pretty hard. But my brain is not designed for math. It was forced to do math, so how good it was, it will never be great at it. It is like forcing an artist to play boxing.
