  1. What Lube do you use? Olive oil is smooth while keeping some sort of resistance when you move your hand, It has a nice smell and it is all-natural.
  2. Yeah, somewhat. Psychology affects the general state of the body, which might help combating cancer. For example, higher cortisol levels because of stress lead to high levels of sugar which The cancer feeds on and grow rapidly, and vice versa. Really? If I bleed 4 liters of your blood? Will the Placebo effect save your life?
  3. Is the anxiety generalized or specific to a certain cause? Do some relaxation excerises, Try relaxing the body throught the day, this should reduce the anxiety. Maybe you should microdose for a while to reduce anxiety. Try it once and see what it does to you.
  4. Because Depression is very complicated and many factors come into play.
  5. I tried 2cb fly and it was very underwhelming. Is 2cb any good?
  6. Not all of them. Prozac and Zoloft could actually decrease weight, and I could masturbate just fine on many antidepressants. Also, Prozac is well-known to increase energy. They can help a lot in some people.
  7. Dissociatves work Great. They have clinically proven antidepressant effect.
  8. Not my jam. I actually hate orchestras and symphonys. The only traditional piece of music I ever liked is moonlight sonata. If anyone knows similar pieces, pls share.
  9. Beyond Trauma, some people are born genetically weak and reserved. Also, some people have poor social skills because of less exposure especially these days.
  10. It dosen't work this way. I get a dopamine surge after masturbation and I feel relaxed and cool. But the problem is that my brain is defeicent in a more chronic way.
  11. +1
  12. appearntly the placebo effect is quite limited and it works in diseases that have a psychological branch, for example you cannot heal a broken limb by placebo effect. Many diseases are affected by your psychological states and your mentality because those affect the level of many hormones in the body.
  13. The drug started really kicking today. I feel a huge surge of energy. I feel some sort of peace and fulfillment. It is like being slightly high on something. It reminds me with the time I was doing PCE, it has some sort of similaity to it. I am finally starting to feel emotional and psychological stability, I should have tried thia drug long ago. Actually, I wanted to but it wasn't available in my country until recently. This is the real stuff.
  14. I don't think just going out and socializing eliminates social anixety. Social anxiety is deeply rooted in social fears in the subconscious mind. It is required to face these fears through some kind of contemplation too. Socially anxious people tend to have massive social fears in the subconscious mind.
  15. The psychological ones, not the former. Like the one I described.
  16. @sholomar The real problem is that Leo lost a lot of his followers when he went full spiritual. He might have 1 million subscribers but most of them don't actually watch his new content. Leo realistically has less than one hundred thousand real subscribers and the active ones are even less. The clip channel realistically represents how popular Leo's content is these days.
  17. @Schizophonia I tried some nicotine gum, nothing amazing.
  18. St John's wart is basically an SSRI, and those didn't work for me. I was interested in trying saffron but I lost hope in all supplements after trying lots of them. At some point I was taking a high dose SNRI medication a long with high dose tricyclic antidepressant with no use. So I don't think such things will work for me. I bombarded my brain with serotonin with no benefit.
  19. @JuliusCaesar You tortured his poor soul. Placebo effect exists because psychology affects biology and that's it.
  20. No changes apart from a slight increase in anxiety.
  21. Why do aliens look weird? Big black eyes, slender body, no ears or nose, gray bald skin? Maybe their planet recieve much less light than ours.
