Anyone here does the keto diet? I always feel great on this diet. it’s basically just protein+ good fats+ veggies and you cut out added sugars and carbs as much as possible. I lost so much weight when I was on it and I had more mental clarity+ energy throughout the day now I feel all those benefits again after 3 days on it. This diet is not for everyone but I do feel better when I’m on this diet, my energy is through the roof without all the sugars and carbs.

Atleast trump gets shit done in the Middle East. if it was a president from the Democratic Party, it would have taken years to lift the sanctions on Syria.
