I totally agree but sometimes it is hard to resist the urge with all the stimulus around us. @Spiritual Warfare what do you recommend doing when the urge occupies your mind a lot ?

I started smoking cigarettes when I was at 14 and quit at 19. Cold turkey. I feel physically sick nowadays if I smell cigarettes which I can’t explain why.

I went mad a couple of times and it was a shit show
