Vernon Howard: WHEN YOU MAKE A MISTAKE The next time you make a mistake, you are not to glorify it. Don’t give it your attention. Satan puts these words in your mouth: “How dumb can I get!” You can’t feel you; there’s no one there to feel. You’ve only felt the ridiculous imposter. Don’t go into self-hate when you make a mistake, error. “I said something ridiculous.” Don’t keep your self-glorification of your mistake going. “I made an embarrassing remark to fifty people in the room.” Don’t fall for the trick. Have the attitude, “Who are you trying to kid?” You weren’t good or bad; you were possessed and didn’t know it. You should have been attentive, intelligent. You wanted to be clever, but you were stupid instead. Goodness is there when you know you had nothing to do with its creation. You no longer fall for evil. You will then walk in the presence of God. That is the final solution.

How old are you? Do you have close family members? From my understanding when people cross over to the other side because of suicide they experience their life review and if that person commits suicide , they will experience the pain of that decision from every person who knew them because you are always connected to all that it is and connected to other people even if it doesn’t feel like it. In your natural state which is pure spirit , suicide is always the wrong choice because you came to this life to learn lessons so that you can grow as spirit. you are more powerful than you think as a spirit, as pure concsousiness. you might not resonate with that I said but I just wanted to say it.

I have done a couple of 10 day courses so far. I try my best to practise everyday in my regular life. I have added kryia yoga before Vipassana and I notice that my mind doesn’t get sleepy easily or dull if I do that.

Life is a mirror life is beautiful life is mysterious life is presence I feel lucky to be alive I remember yesterday how I was almost kidnapped by the Syrian regime 12 years ago and tears came down my eyes thinking about all the Syrian kids who disappeared in the past 14 years. I feel lucky to survive Syria. I love Syria and I healed my trauma from it. Life is beautiful yet mysterious.
