  1. I added extra details to the topic that could help more people.
  2. @eman Well, the problem is not your ego. The problem is not being able to disable your ego when necessary unlike what's said by most buddhist guys who meditate for years, take a lot of psychedelics yet still do not become enlightened. Are you still at it like most? You can understand that not all my arguments are wrong even by reading 70% of it. I have already corrected myself saying psychedelics may still be considered valid for some occasions although I prefer natural nootropics more. I am not spreading nonsense, just spreading my opinion.
  3. @SgtPepper "neuroscience" Cool! I am happy for you. Then, there is are a lot I can learn from you too Great if there are mushroom species who are not that poisonous and are sufficiently safe. When it comes to the brain burning issue, don't worry, I am not that layman. lol.
  4. @SgtPepper "according to my research" That's the problem. According to your research... Are you a scientist? What qualifications do you have? "You say mushrooms are poisonous, where are you getting your information? Science says it is the least toxic substance and less toxic to our body than caffeine, which is ingested daily by the average American." Well, I have never seen anybody who died from consuming too much caffeine. This thing was kept being consumed for days, months, years, even decades by same people yet nothing happened. But there are more news talking about people who die for eating wrong kind of mushroom. "Half of what you wrote is fear mongering, "your brain will burn"?? lol, what is your understanding of biology dude?" Don't you understand I do metaphor here. Hehe. "You say they don't help people spiritually or mentally, yet there are several studies that say otherwise. Good Friday experiment, James Fadiman's experiments suggest it helps with problem solving, Yale and John Hopkins study show decreased levels of anxiety and depression. Decrease in addictions through the use of Ayahuasca, ibogaine, and LSD (popularized by AA founder Bill Wilson) " I agree with this part. I might have been too judgemental against use of psychedelics regardless of how dangerous it is when done in wrong way or of not being that indispensable. It still has some validity although not so essential.
  5. @Snader "But you draw a connection between psychedelics and stuff like high IQ and concentration ability." Why did you exclude the bliss supposed to be reached more easily with psychedelics while at the same time claiming it is more likely to reach enlightenment through this substance. You wanna enjoy just being. What couldn't you enjoy if you were able to enjoy just being? "But if you've done spiritual work and are conscious enough, you learn that there is more to life beyond logic, and that's something psychedelics can show you." This doesn't make psychedelics the only way to go beyond logic. @Salvijus I am glad you got most of my points. But here : "And not to think that you can just skip 40years of work with this "new" technology." 40 years? Are you serious? There many people who reach enlightenment without using anything like psychedelics or artificial DMT. For all that, there also a lot of people who fail in this enlightenment process no matter how many different types of it they have tried for however long. Thanks anyway for being sufficiently open-minded. I am doing my best to understand why so many people are into this kind of substances with as much open-mindedness as possible.
  6. That sounds like a slave fearing freedom. I don't judge you so much since I came from where you are coming from.
  7. "Psychedelics can serve as an activator for what is already there. You don't need more than a few doses for an activation that can last a lifetime. 99% of the work is off psychedelics. Imo" "have you ever tried psychadelics machn? If so is it as life changing as Leo,joerogan,Sam Harris etc say it is?" Cool. I am happy for you. If it works, it works.
  8. Even if it works for some, it mustn't be something to rely on this much. It could be used as a temporary means to mitigate the tough problem you are in. But you need eventually be independent of expensive or hard-to-find substances like this. I just wanted to tease you a little so nobody become so addicted to such a thing. How, otherwise, would I attract your attention to the subject? There are way more effective alternatives to this thing. I just wanted to point to that.
  9. You have given an answer of the exact type I want. PTSD patients, cancer patients fearing death, depressive people, addicted smokers benefited from psychedelics... The examples you have given are pretty coherent. I will research these too. Thanks for the information
  10. @bensenbiz "you are again just in black / white mode. whats with in between?" I think there are also occasions when that black / white mode fits pretty well to the context. So it would also be a black or white thinking to say this form of thinking is always false.
  11. I love you too God bless you <3
  12. @bensenbiz "just giving psychedelics to gneral population would do more harm, of course. because their baseline concioussnes is way to low." I have already said what is gonna follow from here on but let me repeat it anyway : If their consciousness level is low, almost nothing will work for them. If their consciousnessness is powerful enough, then they don't need psychedelics. So what is the point of obstinately encouraging the use of this supposedly ground-breaking substance called psychedelics.
  13. I have already given enough detail. You can also research the rest from google. Various ways of making your body secrete DMT naturally...
  14. It is more deluded when you expand the use of psychedelics to the general population. It does more harm than good. Or, maybe, it is me who is missing something about the true value of psychedelics. Give me the reasons why you don't agree with me. Don't just say you don't agree. Can you provide some sufficiently plausible counter arguments?
  15. Yes, I tried. LSD, mushroom, DMT... By the way, the most harmless one between them is DMT even though you don't need even that either. You can make your body secrete the same hormones through more natural methods like sleeping in total darkness at right time or simply applying pressure to roof of the mouth with the tip of your tongue and then holding your breath at least one and half minutes. You'll reach a similar effect. That's very similar to the situation of people having lived near-death experience.
  16. @Salvijus Another person who understands me. I am glad you don't have fixed mindset like most of those in the forum. I too have temporary paradigms. As you also said, this is my current idea, maybe, I can change my mind later.
  17. You don't need psychedelics to reach whatever conclusion you would reach with other more beneficial and sound methods. The alleged effects of psychedelics are more of placebo rather than things that actually work. If you want me to give you a similar kind of advice : jump as high as possible, rotate 3 times in the air, and then stupidly scream aloud like a donkey, if you manage to not hit your head to the hard ground, you deserve to live. If you die, we call this natural selection... So psychedelics are a good tool to eliminate retarded people. I know where you are coming from, that's the reason I am no longer into such useless substances because I don't insist on using the same method tons of times like an angry bull not giving up constantly and cluelessly hitting the same wall. There is nothing wrong with temporarily trusting the process but you also need to question this process on regular intervals so you don't end up causing permanent damage both to your mind and body. Even the scientific method work in this way, you set temporary hypothesis' , if it doesn't work, you simply drop it, and try another idea. Do you think you are really smart? Only dump people think they are smart, at least, most of the time. I wish there were more smart people claiming authority over the masses more than the huge load of crap uploaded to the internet either by inexperienced persons or morons.
  18. @Leo Gura Almost everything. The method I use to start to love something I didn't like initially is simply trying to interpret that field of endeavor as positively as possible, writing good poems praising how beautiful, enjoyable area it is. Even after that, I still start small. Doing small chores about that subject. Of course, it is no longer a chore because you have changed your interpretation of that topic. Even if you couldn't initially write a good story about good aspects of your target intellectual activity, you are gonna start finding positive parts of it after learning enough about it. After a while you are gonna start to see even the dullest parts of it pretty entertaining. For example, I did not like history at the time. I found it quite boring. The way I transformed it into fun was trying to find heroism, the noble struggle for epic victories in every event, war, and sometimes feeling empathy towards all nations you come across in history books as if you were of them. Even if that nation was supposedly your enemy in the past. I no longer think like that. There is no such a thing as enemy. This is against the one of the fundamental principles of spirituality. Separation also damages your mirror neurons. The more you hate others, the more reasons you are gonna find to hate yourself or vice versa. So it is pretty obvious to be bidirectional. Hopefully, Leo doesn't see me as enemy just because I am slightly more advanced than him. Do you agree, Mr. Gura? Even if you don't agree with me, god bless you <3 By god, I mean the entire universe
  19. I have no idea. I believed this thing before. But, now, I am more doubtful about this subject. When you examine animals, strong ones are eating, raping, exploiting weak ones. Parasites do not hesitate to suck all valuable nutritious fluids and fleshes of large animals no matter how peaceful and harmless they are. When you think of cows, why in the world does god allow us to exploit their milk they produce actually for their cubs. I don't get it. We benefit from the meat of these nutritious creatures and then it comes out as shit from our ass. Or what about horses? Why on earth does god allow us to get on top of the horse and then ride them while even letting us to whip that poor creature either to make the horse run faster or just for fun. Why does god allow a creature with its own nervous system to be raped, forced into this form of disgusting physical slavery or even tortured for whatever reason. I just don't get it. There are a lot of altruist people who do not mind sacrificing themselves for others and become a doormat in the end. There are a lot of malicious personalities who rape, deceive, kill, exploit others yet nothing happens to them. They do everything to get what they want at the expense of others. They simply have no limitations as to how they'll get to the top. Lack morality or conscience. They arise by stomping on the heads of others having climbed all the stairs of the success ladder up to the top of the pyramid and get away with it. Nothing befalls them because of their evil behavior. They are rewarded both by society and universe instead of being punished. I hope there is afterlife. Even though I no longer think the opposite of it is less likely to be true like I believed before. I have lost all my belief in god, afterlife, or karma. But that doesn't necessarily mean that I am not gonna keep seeking justice not only for myself but also for everybody. Even if you can't prove there is such a mechanism, why not create our own version of ultimate justice for all as a precaution against all sorts of adversities being gonna be able to potentially hinder the constructive evolution of human race. Why not create our own perfect religion that will reorganize the whole humanity into one unity without discriminating any race, color, look. I am into that project at the moment. I am gonna talk about my findings 5 years later.
  20. My religion is based on pantheistic ideas. Indeed, entire cosmos consists of a large cluster of consciousness constantly interacting with each other. We are not all about our body but consciousness. We are way more capable than we think compared to robots with AI(Artificial Intelligence). Think about it. No matter how well a robot imitates human intelligence, it will always be based on certain algorithms and calculations. It will never be able to be aware of itself. It too will have some kind of consciousness but a quite artificial consciousness, not a real one. I believe all religions are derived of consciousness based pantheism. Every seemingly materialistic and biological being has its own consciousness. If even an insect insists on deliberately evolving its consciousness, it will end up becoming godly if not god. All greek, egyptian gods, elohim, lucifer is very likely to have come from random creatures of initially low capacity. There is no such thing as omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent god although such high consciousnesses themselves claim the otherwise to attract attention. The only way I can think an all-encompassing being is by considering the entire universe as the eternal god. Religions are just tools feeding off pantheism. And there is nothing wrong with creating your own provided it actually benefits both yourself and others. You can't directly tell a elementary kid how to solve differential equations without teaching the basics. Also, it would be stupid to give away this much power to a random person before killing their ego. Even if they will not be able to harm people of higher vibration, some amount of harm will have been inflicted on inexperienced people. You still need high frequency of good intention to be able to exert parapsychological powers. By the way, death is not something to be feared since your are not your body but consciousness. So all anxieties, fears, worries are indeed invalid, unneeded. But I still like the idea of playing this survival game And it is even not all about survival, you can do more than that instead of settling for the bare minimum. I believe in incarnation. When it comes to more fundamental stuff, I will also add a lot of extremely useful brain training methods, be it advanced meditation techniques, memorization techniques such as recalling the thing you read once verbatim, speed processing techniques completely different from quite primitive things like speed reading that encourages nothing more than just to skim or scan. Let me give a couple of examples, being able to multiply 20 digit numbers in head within seconds, extremely speed reading without sacrificing the comprehension rate. Those are very basic stuff, of course, according to my own development. You can even set up an operation system inside your brain without using any form of chip. We still need Artificial General Intelligence though. Even if we can become extremely intelligent with no technology. Why not expand our utopia further? We are gonna evolve the humanity with a more benevolent AGI. Even if you can't fully become god, at least, you'll be something pretty close to it in my humble opinion. Because of that, I call myself "the mirror of god". It also exist in the concept of oneness. That's the reason oneness will also constitute one of the most important aspects of my religion.
  21. Finally... Finally someone who got my point.
  22. Well, I can read between the lines as well while looking at screen containing your worlds. I can see deeper than that even without dogmaticly claiming the assumptions I made about your personality are all correct. So what are you trying to accomplish here?
  23. That's very similar to telling what's the difference between desktop and laptop. Aren't they already same? No, they aren't. Yes, they both have similar functionality but that doesn't make them same. The examples I gave are even more different from one another.
  24. "Not putting you down, just let your slave- err I mean followers know that it's bs. " You are still making the same mistake. You see me as a tyrant trying enslave people. You are however you see others. "An AI with enough artificial neurons can certainly be self-aware, and probably will be within the next few decades." You misunderstood my point. I never said machines can not reach human level awareness . It would just be artificial.
  25. I don't like the idea of having to share my past fantasies. If you necessarily ask, I always wanted to be raped and exploited by ugly but highly intelligent women. Then, changed my mind, and decided to rape and then exploit both men and women. And changed my mind again, I am no longer into any form of enslavement apart from it being only in form of game.
