this is an unacceptably biased post from a mod like ya...I guess u have already watched Leo's episode on understanding Islam. Islam's sharia law is a survival module from the 3rd century middle east. and making women in to properties and keeping them silenced and bound to their homes was their way of protecting their social structure in a stage red society where rape and pillage are commonplace. Catholic church has done equal harm to thousands of individuals and we all know them very well. the definition of peacefulness varies upon the time . people deify Mother theresa but nobody talks about her evil side where she were just a missionary spreading christianity. there was a recent video on Infrographics show and u can find a similar one on the dark side of Gandhi as well. Muhammadh was quite awake (though not as much as Jesus or Buddha) and his religion is a big part of humanity even today.

No grudges here! the reason i look down upon all stage blue thinkers is that they never bring systemic answers to any of the real life issues. never look at it from the other side and attach themselves with a fantasy . and I totally understand where U ' re coming from. stage blue is pure B.S. tbh is an outdated ineffective stage of survival where most of humanity is still in. And I appreciate ur fight for ur country. I 'd never ever say that Ukraine to be a part of USSR again. the main point I make is that there is no resolution without coming to the middle ground with Win-win solutions. u wanna know what's funny, I too have friends & relatives who went to die and kill for the army and some never returned. gunning down another party they identify as terrorists when they too are humans who have their own ideals. all because they believed these nationalist fantasies. all propaganda has an element of truth though they might be marred to serve an agenda . every conspiracy theory has an element of truth. they do not spring of their own and neo nazi issues in ukraine is not just russian propaganda. there are a score of western independent reports on that . they may not be as huge as putin puts it , but they are likely out there at least in a smaller scale. just because u are from Ukraine does not make Putin a psychopath. this is outright biased. Putin is just doing his part for his country and as we all know, Russia is his concern. He is not willing to look at it from the other side just like u ukrainians are nationalistic. existence of a so called independent western puppet of Ukraine is a threat to Russia. both sides has their own share of stains on their dresses. no side is clean.Putin is not the only one who wants this. he got the consent from the parliament. There are Russians who love this war in the name of USSR and there are folks who resent it. so looking at one group will always leave us only with blind spots. C'mon girl! Anyone can just post the clinical definition of NPD and call Leo an high quality arrogant Narcissist and diagnose him with a personality disorder. It's that easy.

Do not stop SSRI's unless ur psychiatrist recommends. Emotional numbness comes from a variety of conditions as I 've learned. Maybe as u got SIBO, u may have had an anxiety attack+depression and ur brain might have pushed emergency buttons to protect ur brain by numbing out. this is common for the brain to be numbed out as to feel emotionless when dealing with emotionally difficult conditions like depression. and this IS TEMPORARY as u can see from the dozens of post from folks who have resolved all these. as per DP/DR , try researching a lil bit on ur own. it is one of the most misdiagnosed conditions out there as it has anxiety and depression as half brothers. anyways, feel free to PM me anytime if u ever need someone to chat or waste time with Ik it can be a lot for u from my own experiences with the numbness and meaninglessness that sets in. at this point , i think u would rather stay in bed entire day that doing anything as everything feels distant;UNREAL. - am i right?

@Vision whoa whoa dude...# I saw u were the same one who recently got depressed and got prescribed with SSRI's. so note that emotional numbness is sometimes a common side effect of them. Or, u might be having depersonalization/Derealization like I do . SSRI's are nor much effective in that sense. but emotional numbness, meaninglessness, existential rumination plus anxiety and feeling unreal, depression are commonly linked to DP/DR

half life is often the same time it takes for the drugs to start working;i.e - a matter of about 2 weeks. SSRI's are pretty much helpful in making a comeback after a sudden depressed breakdown. they are primarily used for that. say u are going through a bad breakup which puts u on the line of suicidal levels of depression. then, a few weeks of SSRI will probably even save ur life. they are quite effective at stabilizing a better mood. also , do take into account those who are chronically depressed. they take SSRR's their entire lives. so the length of time that u are prescribed with meds depends your condition ig. but for most, they are basically used as a temporary lifeline from depressive episodes. hope u do more research before jumping for conclusions.

um, buddhist teachings say that awakening is the way. there are certain states of consciousness described as "akinsannayathana", "newasannnayathana" that i've encountered in Theravada teachings that says once a person achieves the Akinsannayathana state, they would be born in higher spiritual realms. there are jhanas (a.k.a. dhyana )in meditation that are calibrated in to 7 or 8 ig . so they say once they achieve and go beyond a certain jhana, they are reborn in higher spiritual planes of existence. i hope u can find more on that if u search...@CuriousityIsKey

@VisionI too have tried Sertraline Hydroxide(zoloft) for months. for depression, anxiety and related OCD type intrusive thoughts, they do work like magic in a matter on weeks. remember that the SSRI's take at least 2 weeks to start working in ur system . my experience is mostly positive i would say. I have taken 100mg, 50mg and 25mg under different conditions. also , these SSRI's have many side effects too. but they are secondary if u are depressed, anxious and in need of resolving ur issues ASAP. It will give you a sudden outburst of energy to lift urself from the rut. do go with the doc's prescription. once ur conditions for prescribing SSRI subsides, psychiatrists would gradually drop the dose and finally to halt the drugs once u hv gained ground.

Why does almost everyone feel that they are right and indeed correct? Why aren't people openminded? Should we get to at least tier 2 to see the multi-faceted nature of all problems and to go with holistic measures to deal with them? Even when they commit atrocious acts against humanity, they will always find excuses and justifications for what they just did. most of us also do this on daily basis. I remember having a massive argument with my cousin about 2 years ago about religion and how I poo pooed her groundless religious beliefs against a working scientific basis. IK arguing and confrontation does not change views but back then I was too naïve to think that will make her not be so gullible to these bullshit she believe. She is still believing those fantasies to this day and still goes through those meaningless rituals and has not changed her views. Once I got to meet her about a month ago , she said how she feel pity for unreligious skeptics like me for how we were in the dark XD… I just smiled and said sorry for the brawl we had then and get along as I respect her views and keep my mouth shut on religious beliefs and B.S. nationalism. This is the same thing we see in Richard Dawkins vs. Catholic preachers. Both sides think they are indeed right and are mostly closeminded for their view to be false. average joe we meet on Subway will definitely buy in to some belief system like how America is the greatest nation on earth and he should fight to protect it at all costs. @Ananta @snowyowl @Javfly33 @Mosess here's my 2 cents! hey...the difference between giving advice as a random member vs. a mod is , people take the advice and coaching given by mods to be of higher authority than others. take any thread and u will find more interactions when mods give advice vs. members. it is not merely because the advice given by mods are better, there will always be more detailed sophisticated answers given by other members and they get that attention just because they are mods. u will find a drastic difference between the 2. Nahm also used this attention as a springboard to fuel his coaching spiritual website and YT channel that made him look like a teacher approved by leo as a mod to give advice. when some newbie comes to the forum asking for advice on how to fix his life after he has dropped out from college, saying that he doesn't exist do not help much to help the situation LOL. I must also say that He had a ton of amazing advice and insights that hv helped me on my own journey and he is a great guy himself. He is a person who needs to be here and will be missed!
