40 for looks and 60 for personality is reasonable yes.

The true answer to this will depend on the woman and what she is looking for, a hookup or a relationship etc. There’s not a simple answer to this kind of question. There’s a lot of nuance. A thing I could say though is the type of mindset that asks this question could be a turn off for women. But then again if you think “I will stop thinking like this because women won’t like it and I’ll come off as needy” then you’re back in the same mindset again 😹 thinking about what women want hehe. It’s natural and normal but you won’t come so far with it

That’s why it helps to have a task at hand too. Like in school I remember it was always easier to talk to people when working on a group project. Because you’re caught up in the work and have something to talk about and not run out of words about.

You have a point, although the first approach can still show something significant enough of how the personality is. And women judge on the looks too

This is how it is for most women. Being approached my men they have no interest in

I haven’t been diagnosed with psychosis but the doctors speculated if I was in the beginning phases of going into one and say I have delusions so it’s somewhat close…

😹I know how it is. I once managed to make a layered chocolate cake look like landslide

I relate to this. Although for me it wasn’t related to particularly spiritual events. Let me know when you find a solution 😹 I have some understanding and “theories” of how it works in myself but I don’t think it would apply to you.

Keep it up👍🏻

Pain would still be pain (if a sense of self is there) But yea I guess it’s true what the Buddhist say…

Presence. Deep breathing. Relaxing the body. Reducing stress, neurosis. All those things can make your system need less energy to work (a more stressed state takes more energy for example) .

Do you hold the idea that suffering in general is self created? Depending on how that is interpreted will decide wether I agree or not. For example if there was no sense of self present, would there be suffering? I don't know because Ive not been without a self, but if no, then you could say suffering is SELF created as in being a byproduct of there being a sense of self present. But that to me is not the same as it being created by the individual, if that makes sense. So if someone experiences pain in the body, it's experienced as suffering because they are a self relating to the pain. But it's not the byproduct of the mental activity. Their mind saying "ouch this sucks" is not causing the suffering, the suffering is experienced as the pain located in the body, and as long as there is a sense of self present there will be that experience of pain as suffering. Meaning they would have to eradicate their sense of self to stop experiencing pain as suffering (or develop some ultra advanced mindfulness skills, if that is possible, im open to that, and your suggested exercise might be a first step to that ) In the case of mental suffering its a different story. This would be a kind of self inquiry of some sort

That’s you facing a truth. -
The fact you’re aware of your own process of potentially radicalizing and show fear around it is for me something that is going to lower the risk for you to become radicalized. So that’s a good thing. One tips I could give is to practice “zooming out” so looking at the world from a bigger more global perspective. Zooming out and thus seeing how what occurred to you is within a minority. Yes there are women who cheat but are they the majority? Yes there are black people that attack but are they the majority? And trying to have an objective view . What factors could have potentially led to those events? Maybe more black people are under poor socioeconomic circumstances due to history so the risk of criminality is higher? And being mindful of the content one consumes that can shape one’s world view. And also not dismissing one’s feeling, it is natural to sometimes feel a little prejudice towards certain groups because of things that have happened. To not suppress those feelings because that could potentially cause more trouble for oneself. But to acknowledge it as a natural reaction but then placing it into a more “zoomed out” and larger perspective again.

Maybe there’s ultimately no control but it still seems there is some control when you have a self so in that case try to control things as far as you can in your favor.

You think it’s self created

I don’t want anything in particular with this thread. But I do kinda know what I want with what I’m going through. Fair suggestions

I wonder how a proper fully plant based diet compares to a plant dominant but omnivorous diet (which is what I’m trying to do) in terms of getting all the nutrients etc I have thought of buying plant protein like ground soy protein as a replacement for minced meat too so I understand . Olive oil which I use the most seems healthy to me. But maybe those things you mentioned are even healthier. I incorporate both too. Cool suggestion. I’ll look it up. Yea exactly. And I’d miss the fat. Btw I saw you’re from Sweden too. Hi👋🏻
