I’d say I agree

Yes

People think you should love family just because it’s family
-
No I haven’t . I’m in a very calm state 90% of the time still, it’s kinda meditative. I don’t care anymore either. Monitoring your mental speech sounds good, because it’s with you all day long. Introspection too
-
You dont need to love anyone. You just need respect, openness, non judgement.

I would say saying higher vs lower consciousness is not specific enough as to what it means. I think it’s more accurate to say people have different selves, that are configured differently and perhaps differently dense. So activities that affect this will affect the so called “consciousness”. So psychedelics is the most obvious example, it reduces/loosens the sense of self thus “increasing consciousness “ , breathwork and mediation etc can do the same, lessen the sense of self by being in a flow state and reducing thoughts which correlate with the self. Those activities that seemingly “decrease consciousness” let’s break them down one by one. With addiction it’s someone stuck in a compulsive pattern (which corresponds to a certain identity) so it’s the self that is dense and stuck in its configuration, so “low conscious”. Eating unhealthy foods can cloud the mind and make you sluggish so less clarity = less consciousness. Lying , depends on the reason for lying, but let’s say you lie about how good your life is because you’re insecure, the insecurity is a negative identity that is stuck so that’s “low conscious” . So it’s all about how the self is. Kinda, just my two cents… -
If someone is able to distill a lot of info into short text then it’s a sign on mastery yea

I think for high stage development your interest for truth must dominate your emotional attachments, identity attachments, judgments, biases, so you’re interested in truth of the matter over being clouded by those mentioned things. Becuase let’s say someone is identifying with their nationality and attached to it, that might cloud their worldview so they’re likely to be biased in matters regarding their country, but with a genuine interest in truth it will triumph over that.

I’m so impressed how someone is able to write such a long book. Like how do you store so much info in your brain that you could write for so long, and something that is somewhat unique so doesn’t come from you purely studying but rather partly your own mind and discoveries. It’s cool. I remember hearing from Andrew Huberman I don’t remember which episode but he talked about difference between awareness of the inner world (like thoughts and physical sensations) and awareness of the outer world. So you figure out which one you are dominant in, for example if you’re more inwardly focused naturally. Then you meditate the opposite way, so an inwardly focused person would focus on an external object and vice versa. I think it seems to hold some value

It’s not like you gain 50 kg overnight it’s gradual and you always have the power to stop it through a calorie deficit. Even if you gain some you could lose it anytime it’s not like you’re trapped in some weight

Hahahahah spot on. I will go back there sooner or later and then I might ask what flavors they have and try again, and then write it down
-
I’ve been wanting to ask the same. I’m on a little hunt for the tastiest tea and coffee. Personally I haven’t tried that many but once I tried one at this cafe and it was really good, don’t remember what flavor it was unfortunately.

Lmao you have a vision there, thanks It’s decent enough
-
Hahaha you’re sweet. I don’t often take photos of myself honestly. I might wait until I’ve lost the weight I want, I’m still in the early phases. I didn’t know that, that’s cool, you could show me the photos you take if you want to. It’s a good idea to take good photos for LinkedIn.

Ok understood They’re fine I don’t understand but it’s fine if I’ve written about wanting relationships in the past it was probably a long time ago, before I changed as a “person”. Because now I truly don’t feel a significant desire for it, it’s not a need I have. I admit my problems thoroughly. Self honesty is good I don’t find myself on a good path It’s bland for the average person becuase the average person feels a need for relationships. For me they don’t give me barely anything, maybe a microscopic bit I don’t feel those needs anymore Youre looking from a paradigm of how the average person works, and maybe it doesn’t include the most edge cases

Ok lol

No

Good for you then, but for me apparently breath can get kinda bad with less than 24 hour fast Good you didn’t feel anything
-
I don’t have my ideal weight that’s what I’m trying to reach. Olanzipine apparently does kind of the opposite of increasing basal metabolism
-
I am very unusual though that’s I fact I stand by You seem on a good path trying to be self aware and doing things consciously. That’s great you found a way to feel better. I’m gonna watch your video. That’s good you can utilize visions to give you a potential of life. Why you say it’s rubbish? Your desires for friends and girlfriend are completely normal. You have something to work on when it comes to not wanting to be perceived a certain way by others
-
How could you manifest it? How could steroids help?

Yes skipping breakfast when I’m eating twice a day makes me fasted during the morning which could contribute to bad breath because it’s more likely when you’re fasted (unless you eat something that stinks in particular), also if you go without food for a longer time it could contribute to bad breath that’s one reason I’m switching to 3 meals on weekdays. You can be honest did you ever feel anything when we met. Also I took 5 years of epilepsy medication and I read a study in children that it can contribute to bad teeth, I have some damage on my teeth that I don’t know what it’s from (erosion- the dentists said it can be from consuming a lot of acids but I don’t do that and never have) so that could contribute to occasional bad breath. I also have a problem of often having a white coating on my tongue I don’t know what that’s from

I think it’s a good idea to not follow at all what society says, and just feel for yourself honestly what you want and need, to be honest with oneself. Then go from there. If you are then good

70: I’m built different. To be completely honest, I have no need for relationships, children, friendships and even family. I could easily live alone and not meet anyone, ever. I’d just work, go for long walks, workout. Scroll on my phone, that’s all. I’m not a happy person in general, but relationships don’t make me happier, so I don’t need them at all.
