Even on the relative level it’s worth questioning what one considers stupid. Even there we can’t say surely who is stupid

So it’s like you can realize yourself beyond the self while the self is still intact

Because you’re existing as the sense of a separate self? Even if you enlightened you’ll see nobody but confusion about others motives can still arise because you’re still operating at the human level. Like there could still be a “self” structure in place , I’m not sure.
