  2. Let’s say you overate and feel very full. Except for staying hydrated (but not drinking too much water as that could exacerbate the discomfort) what could help in digestion and easing the uncomfortable fullness? The answers might be helpful for others too, as most of us probably over eat occasionally.
  3. 72: Sometimes I feel like I’m the weakest person alive. Like I can’t handle any suffering. Any suffering will be on my mind and I’ll overthink about it and even have suicidal thoughts about it. Meanwhile I see people around me going through all sorts of pain like it’s seemingly nothing. Why am I the only one who can’t suffer
  4. 71: Sometimes I feel like I’m internally screaming. Like I’m stuck in this brain and I wanna get out but there’s no way out so I’m just internally screaming. Like I could go insane but still in a calm way that’s not evident from the outside pov.

  8. Lmao I’ve been to Croatia 20 times and never experienced earthquake. But I’ve only been to Zagreb twice so maybe he meant that city in particular I don’t know. It’s pretty yea like other countries around that sea. I like those cuisines as well. This Thursday I’ll go to this family gathering and they’ll serve Lebanese cuisine (catering). They chose that. I’m excited for that. And baklava as desssert 😻 It would be fun to have you there for you to try too. Ok maybe I’m derailing the thread, it’s okay becuase it’s my own thread or? 😬
  9. Yea I think so. Alongside the beaches are many restaurants and they have similar menu with a lot of barbecue. I like it.

  11. Barbecue is very common in Croatian restaurants in tourist areas . But I don’t know if it’s authentic Croatian food, or if it’s just food that’s popular. I like it though, although I’d like to try more authentic dishes too

  15. The thing is that every person that meets you is going to have their own individual impression/image/idea of you, that will be affected by their own belief system, self-image, biases. And you have your own biases, beliefs, that will affect your self image. So the key is seeing yourself without bias, to see yourself objectively. That is hard because we desire a good self image so that can affect us in how we perceive our “flaws” or we have the opposite bias where we are attached to a negative self image (like oh poor me etc) so we might bring down our positive sides. It can be a challenge to view yourself objectively it requires great self awareness and a genuine interest in the truth about yourself Ms “obvious” here she goes again

  21. Life just gets so much easier when you don’t care what people think and just are yourself
  22. I need to stop over eating. Next week is Easter it will be the ultimate test. Time to get SKINNNNY
