  1. When I wrote about my experience of the world looking 2d almost no one could relate, so that’s my thing. 2D consciousness!
  2. I think the word consciousness is a bit vague sometimes people use it in different ways so it’s not so clear what is meant For me hating existence played a role in dissolving identifications at least for me that’s why I mentioned it. It fuels effort you’ll just try and try and try to get rid of it and in some way it will give in. It’s not the same as enlightenment but I’d say it’s down that path. Maybe one doesn’t need to hate but at least have some passion. But yes you’re right it’s better as a human to be open to our experience as you say, it’s more pleasant that way.
  3. Ok but why is it called alien consciousness then? How would you know it’s that
  4. What did you realize if it’s ok that I ask?
  5. @Leo Gura do aliens have that as their everyday consciousness, if there are any?
  6. Thank you. I just want it to escape suffering if I’m being completely honest . But I guess that’s everyone’s agenda at the end of the day
  7. I’ve had one massive shift which I call an awakening (not enlightenment experience because it didn’t remove my sense of self entirely) And perhaps one glimpse into “no self”. And on psychedelics my ego was almost gone too. I know there is deeper than my “awakening” because i still have a sense of self so i suspect the deeper level would be if that was gone entirely. But if there is even deeper than that i have no clue, what could be beyond simple no self. I can just be skeptical to it. Although I’m still not entirely closed to it because I don’t know
  8. I don’t know because I’m not enlightened although I’ve had profound shifts, maybe awakening even, and I haven’t studied much but I’m still kinda skeptical to there being so many levels etc
  9. I don’t get this thing about deeper and deeper awakenings, different kinds of awakenings this and that. Either there is a sense of self or there’s no sense of fricking self it’s that simple isn’t it
  10. Uh it’s a lot. The book is like 800+ pages. I only read a little and it was a long while ago
  11. Agree I wrote how I believe desire is important, wanting truth and hating the human existence so that’s similar
  12. I’d say I agree for the most part. The only thing I’d say is that certain things like psychedelics through action in the brain can give you glimpse so it seems some things can contribute to it. There being a kind of mechanism behind it. But maybe only temporarily , not for the permanent thing, enlightenment, that seems spontaneous and independent mostly
  13. Not wrong if it’s mutual and you’re transparent about it
  14. I know what you mean I experienced the same kinda. But school is still your best bet, sometimes people are more open to new people than one thinks. I used to get invited to things and people would try to include me sometimes even if I was a bit outside, so take any opportunity you get. You can probably find something in common, even if you’re different, while still maintaining your authenticity
  15. That’s good👍🏻
  16. One thing that I think is important that maybe isn’t talked about much is desire. I’m not enlightened I don’t know this for sure but I think with anything in life it’s important to want it really badly. You must hate the human existence and want really badly to end it and find truth, that is a big key. You try and try and try and try and exhaust the effort and in some way or another find it
  17. I don’t know much about asthma actually it could be your theory maybe. It could be several factors
  18. I agree. It seems to me tho the self maintains itself automatically, not so much choice involved, I’m having a hard time seeing how one could make a choice to open oneself. It’s like the veil holds itself together without my choice in it. If I take a psychedelic that opens me I can’t help but close then afterwards as the effect is over
  19. That’s why I say enlightenment seems to me when it’s permanent
  20. I haven’t read much either. I’ll check him out. That’s cool he can do that, haven’t heard of it before
