  1. Haven't delved in neuro feedback for quite some time now. That's not to say it doesn't deserve further exploration. Quality equipment is key but is very costly. If only I had a friend that had access to the equipment they use for sleep studies.
  2. When you meet your twin flame there will be no question of trust. That would be like asking does the the left hand trust the right hand.
  3. In a search for a practice which is not dependent on psychedelics but just as effective I've found the practice of letting go. Simply let go of everything. Let go of your history. Let go of your sense of location. Let go of your identity. Surrender everything that is "You". It may not happen at first but with enough practice you will stumble upon something that is totally transformational. But it can only happen when you cease being you.
  4. You have yet to realize your full potential as being primary to all manifestation. Yes- all of it.
  5. If you dreamt monsters were tearing at your flesh then woke and realized it was all a dream, where did the pain go?
  6. You are neither existence or non-existence.
  7. The lyrics to Alanis Morissette's Thank U says it best...... The moment that I let go of it, was the moment that I got more then I could handle. The moment that I jumped off of it, was the moment that I touched down.
  8. So how does a being come to be? What spark causes that fire to burn?
  9. Could be a heightened sensitivity to gravitational waves passing through space-time.
  10. The precious immortality-giving nectar is said to flow from the pituitary gland into the back of the throat during very deep states of meditation. In order to help the release of amrita from the pituitary gland, a mudra know as Kechari (tongue lock) is practiced. Basically, the tongue rolls into the back of the mouth behind the uvula, and there presses against the soft roof of the throat. This helps to stimulate the release of amrita, because that soft tissue is connected to the bone (sella turcica) that protects the pituitary gland.
  11. You are the empty space in which the self and the coffee table arise.
  12. @Ethan Marnewick Interesting question. Why does one choose to play the part of the human but not of the coffee table?
  13. Consciousness returns to it's source and becomes whole again. All partitions collapse.
  14. Don't get caught up in time and space.
  15. Dying while alive is a strange thing to behold.
  16. You are enlightenment happening. This post is enlightenment.
  17. There are no determined variables. Each awakens on their own terms. At best you can only provide a catalyst for awakening.
  18. @Tyler Durden We hide from our true self for the thrill of it all. What fun would a roller coaster ride be if you knew you were infinite?
  19. Instead of trying an hour of meditation someday better to have a glimpse today. Place awareness- on awareness and see what happens. Then expand from there.
