Why not sit outside in Nature instead of a closet? Much more connected/grounded. -
@Nemra which 2 psychedelics?

@Davino thats a powerful & beautiful description. I had a talk with my mom the other day about what spirituality/metaphysics is about (& why it interests me) and I tried explaining it was about removing the conceptual overlay of thoughts/ideas onto reality, and seeing the present moment as ‘mystical’ & ‘beautiful’. I tried showing her a plant, and explaining it’s about ‘experiencing’ the plant and removing the conceptual ‘plant’ overlay. She was confused and said that’s not very practical, “pull up that plant, it’s weeds you need to remove from the garden”. That reminds me of Leo’s recent ‘Abyss’ post: The mom sitting there in her physical/pragmatic reality, while the child is looking at reality with awe and mystique. Some people ‘get it’ and understand that consciousness has deeper layers, while some (most) people aren’t interested. They’re focused on pragmatism. And it is tough to communicate your interest in consciousness/now/presence to someone who doesn’t get it—they would need a radical recontextualization of their reality to understand it.

@Av2521 Yes looks are important. Health = looks. The healthier you are the better you’ll look. Grassfed groundbeef, butter, fruit, white rice, some cucumber/salad and raw organic dairy as well as raw honey. Lots of Sun—build your solar callus and get tanned af. And train functionally: one kettle bell and body weight. And then, expose yourself to as many women as possible. Women will be naturally attracted to your health/looks/energy and your confidence in yourself

Don’t attach to any girl. Consistently approach daily. Preferably Live in a big city, where you can… Do fun stuff: go to parks to train, go to the beach to swim, shop for groceries, roam around the city, shops — all these places are opportunities for meeting beautiful women. Every opportunity you get: no hesitation, just approach. No excuses. Stay in the convo and spike emotions. Get the number/IG of multiple girls. Lot of them will flake - don’t bother, just simple texts focused on meeting her for a date. Atleast a few girls out of the 100s will eventually be interested. If they’re interested, keep being detached, but try to set up the date.

Wow. I found out it’s possible to get access to pretty much any psychedelic here in Denmark. I went into a Danish Facebook group, asked if anyone had experienced 5 Meo and I got connected with a super nice, down to earth Dane who has tried almost every psychedelic, who’s also a trained fascillitator. I’ve never tried psychedelics. But I thought going for the God Molecule, the mother of ‘em all, 5-MeO-DMT, is a good start. Completely blast out and dissolve my ego. What do you guys think as that being the first experience? My plan is to do it in a month when I finish my exams. What are you guys’ experience with first time psychedelics? And do you recommend 5 Meo being the first?

@Aaron p Thanks a lot man! A lot of helpful information. I’m also lucky I’ve found some good fascilitators of 5MeO here in Denmark close to where I live, so I can talk with them about some of the information you’ve shared here. Yes I’m very careful venturing into this. I take no pills or medication, I eat healthy and I don’t smoke or drink—I’m just incredibly curious of directly grasping reality/god/infinite. I won’t let fear hold me back from venturing into 5MeO.

I know I’m still at total beginners level on this journey. But here’s what I’ve experienced recently: I took a break from my social media & many of my social commitments. I felt I was too attached to the identity I’d built—my brand, ‘thevitalfred’ / “Fred” / “Freddy” and the concept of a 22-year old Unistudent and health coach. Attached to followers, likes, shares, views etc. And while that identity can be helpful to engage in modern society and to help people, I don’t wanna get trapped by it. After listening to a lot of Leo’s content, and contemplating, I became conscious, yesterday, of the fact that… I am consciousness itself. I’m not Fred, thevitalfred or Frederik or a ‘22-year-old man’ or any story associated with that identity. I just ‘am’. It’s wierd it’s like a slight shift in my state, a realization that this identity isn’t me. I guess it’s a little nugget of awakening. I’m still a total newbie on the awakening journey. But it becomes clear the more I embody that way of perceiving. It makes me detached from the ‘Fred’ identity. And instead makes me realize I am Consciousness. It’s a subtle shift in awareness. This was very wierd for me before. Woowoo and wishy washy, because I didn’t understand what it meant. And I still don’t understand it fully—I get slight bouts of understanding, of realizing, of embodying it. Soon, this summer, I’m gonna venture into 5-MeO DMT. That’s probably gonna make me realize this even more. But I’m not in a rush. I’m sharing this raw, from the place I am at now, so you guys can get a newbies humble beginning view of realizing this. i shared my experience of this here: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DJucjmwiC-Z/?igsh=djN0eDZjMDA5a2g=

@ExploringReality That’s a powerful and helpful response—thank you! -
Each time you step on Instagram, TikTok or any other shortform social media, you get quickly sucked into the dopamine hit of stories, reels, posts, likes and trends. Everyone is trying to grab your attention, hook you and grow — EVEN if the content is good & touches on important topics. The problem is the platform is designed for short attention span. Yes, it’s fine once in a while to get some inspiration, and see what’s going on. But it’s a double edged sword. You get more out of being there less, and instead, digging into deeper stuff that requires longer attention span. Personally I do use Instagram for my brand The Vital Fred, but I’d like to move my health and personal development content to YouTube, because I see There’s a trap in falling into the reel race. Having to post constantly to survive. Having to grow one’s audience. To reach wider and bigger. You get addicted to the growth, and you get attached to more followers and status. You feel pressure that you must post. You get information overload just being on the platform, because it quickly sucks you in. You don’t really go in depth, it’s helpful—but It’s not profound enough. You don’t take the time to read, study and create something profound, because you get information overload, shortened attention span & lower consciousness. This insight makes me naturally want to be less on social media, and spend more time letting go, researching, contemplating and building profound, deeper stuff (For me health and personal development related, because that’s my life purpose). I don’t disregard it completely, I’m just using it less. Curious on what you guys’ relationships are with social media—how much time you spend on it and how it affects you. Let me know your take.

@Flowerfaeiry Yea, I checked it out I love your message — well done for posting consistently for so long, I know it’s not easy at all. As I mentioned it can definitely be helpful if we use it consciously, and post valuable stuff. But yes, a big part is hooking the audience, and knowing what the intent of one’s content is: is it networking, dating, to inspire, express art, create a coaching business, a brand etc. I like the idea of combining it with YouTube. Which is my plan. @BlessedLion exactly. And I like that thought-experiment. Longer periods of focused attention is hard, but much more fruitful than dabbling from one topic to the next constantly—something I’m working on improving. @integral I’m building a health & personal development brand—you get the idea when you see my instagram. I’m building on a course everything related to improving one’s health through mainly diet & functional movement.

@Leo Gura Is it possible to see the Infinite God even in an avatar like Donald Trump? To have that much patience and compassion? -
Thank you all for the answers!🙏🏼 The wisdom and insights are appreciated

I can get overwhelmed when I feel I have 1000s of things I ‘should’ do and focus on. And then I tend to distract myself & feel anxiety. I’m curious if you guys have sort of a “reset ritual” when you have overwhelm? Note: I’m a ‘high achiever’, I play tennis, do gymnastics, skiing, and my family is economists, lawyers & business people and they have expectations, and I have expectations for myself. My purpose though is elevating the health and consciousness of mankind. These are things I try to tell myself: “There’s no one to show, impress or get validation from.” “There is no amount of money you must make, gold medals you must win, places you must travel to, girls you must chase or success in career or life you must obtain.” “There’s no need to rush to anywhere.” “Everything’s ok”, “Life’s a game”, “There’s nowhere to go & nothing to accomplish”. “Life is perfect now, has always been & will always be.” Take 5 deep breaths. Take a step back. Get rid of noise & distraction. Notice signal. Write reflections, write your story of what happens this moment. Slowly recalibrate, and love existence now. What are you guys’ ways to deal with overwhelm, anxiety and distraction? Especially when you build on Life Purpose, Actualize and Grow.

@Davino Thanks - makes lotta sense. I like the idea of microdosing until the body is ready for the full blast. @Davino I’m curious, if you could recommend 1 psychedelic and 1 psychedelic only to ever use, would that be 5 MeO? Thanks everyone for the answers.

I Don’t recommend wearing wireless earbuds. They fry the brain with EMF signals that are sent through the brain. The brain is run on waves, and so is these wireless earbuds. They disrupt brain signals. I don’t recommend wearing them @Leo Gura. You’ll feel a difference. Go wired earphones instead. Curious on your take

Much appreciated fellas🤝🏼 @Davino yup I’m working on creating a personal brand business (Vital Fred) integrating health & self-improvement/consciousness. @BlessedLion Your approach (with the YT) is inspiring. -
It’s refreshing to come back here on the forum and on @Leo Gura’s blog, and always get a meta perspective on what’s going on in the world. Of course people here are on various stages of development, but generally this is a high conscious community. It is impressive for me how Leo and the moderators here are able to keep this community in tact and how Leo keeps his teachings pure—although his tone might be harsh sometimes. It requires high levels of intelligence, egolessness & purity to keep one’s teachings this clean and at such a high level, without it being inflicted by corruption. This is difficult to do because you gotta survive… wherever you look in our culture there’s always someone trying to sell something. Of course you need to survive and have a business that thrives. But having a business with very low level corruption with pure intentions is a difficult but impressive feat. Thanks for this work — Grateful🙏🏼 I use the wisdom to create my own profound and conscious business and do Good in the world. Regards thevitalfred💪🏼

Any Danish likeminded people who wanna meet in Copenhagen? It’d be cool

@Basman Sorry to disappoint you then.

@Leo Gura Brilliant answer.

Do it @Leo Gura. There’s much more to win than there is to loose. Such a big opportunity to get more people in this game. Love > Fear Don’t let the fear of conspiracy theorists and the ‘Rogan Audience’ take away the opportunity to enlighten a heck ton of people.

@Leo Gura If they just stuck to the first ones you mentioned lol— Cold plunging, sunbathing, jiu jitsu, carnivore diet (although I’d add some fruit & veg to the carnivore diet) then that would be better:)
