  1. @Judy2 what do you mean? What I meant is that I often struggle with depression and ego backlashes. And in such moments I tend to overeat a lot (like order 2 pizzas from uber eats a lot). Going to the gym woild be a great way to change your state, but you can't exercise much on a full stomach, right? Well, this is snot that much of an issue with this exercise. Or at least I assume so because I never had much issue going up a normal staircase on a full stomach.
  2. @Judy2 one good thing about it is that you don't have to do it on an empty stomach. Perfect "getting out of depression" exercise actually.

  4. @Leo Gura oh ok, fuck it, let me also come clean. We are striving towards the Truth here after all. I used to have another account before @BornToBoil At some point I got really embarrassed / upset by something and decided to quit actualized.org. So I asked a mode to delete it while being all emotional. They couldn't delete it so I asked them to give me 20 warning points. And they did. After a while I understood that I overreacted and wanted to come back. But discovered that I can't even pm mods while banned. So I asked my friend to reach out to the mod, apologize to him, and asked to take back the warning points. Unfortunately, the mod didn't answer for quite a while so my friend created a new account for me instead (that's also the origin of my nickname btw, I asked them to come up with "something funny" for it, hehe). Funny thing is, warning points got removed from my old account eventually, but I decided to stick to this one anyway. I know this violates forum's rules and apologize for it. And even though I would love to be able to stay here I understand if I get banned. Edit: in case I get banned, may I get some time before that to write my last post?

  6. @Godhead as I said, I am not really a fun of using machines or over complicated / hard to set-up exercises like hip thrusts for example. You need enough place to lay down and to not get in other people's way, you need some kind of matts behind your back, you need to crawl under the barbell after each set. The same thing with "swiss ball single leg curl", sounds too tedious, haha I want my workouts to be something that I enjoy.
  7. @Mormegil Is there something in particular that's wrong with adding it to a leg day? The thing is idk where else I am supposed to add it. I plan to train 6 days a week using push/pull/legs split adding 7th cardio day sounds like an overkill @Forza-Spirito he looks interesting, I will check him out. @Judy2 why do you prefer steps over running?

  9. @Leo Gura I am currently buying bottled water as there is no better option for me. To be honest I only use it for drinking not cooking, but just for drinking, I buy about 8, 1.5 liter bottles per week. And it costs me about 3.5 dollars. So it's a pretty good deal imo. I also live in Poland

  11. @Saraaa it will be really hard for people here to give you solid advise because for that they would need to go really in depth in your personal situation. I think you are the perfect case where working with a psychotherapist or a dating coach might help you a lot. Because you have something specific you want to work on vs just saying "I am sad and depressed, please help me". But please keep your head up. Not all men are like this that's for sure. Don't give up and don't lower your standards and I think the chances are high that you will find who you are looking for.
  12. @Saraaa I see, that sucks. I would say that it's just bad luck but considering that you've been in so many different relationships it looks like there is a pattern. Have you considered changing up your dating strategy / type of men you are usually going for?

She will think that you are getting drunk and will drink herself, while you are staying sober. I don't like that, kind of manipulative.   20. @Jannes well there is nowhere else where I can place them. I don't want to tire my muscles with deadlifts on a pull day as it's a priority for me. Also, I've trained like that before and didn't have much issues. I don't have any specific goals. Just want to have strong, well developed legs. Yeah, I know that. But doing just them feels kind of too little I guess? But I think adding lunges + running should do the trick. @Michael569 haha, thank you for the life hack
  21. @Mormegil yeah, I knowbthey are kind of repetitive, Injust didn't have any better ideas Do you mean some explosive/jumping lunges or weighted lunges with a barbell/kettlebells? What do you think about the below: 1. Threadmill running for 15 mins as a warmup 2. Barbell Squats: 3-5 sets x 3-5 reps + 3-5 minutes rest 3. Deadlifts: 3-5 sets x 3-5 reps + 3-5 minutes rest 4. Lunges ??? 5. More running? Maybe mix faster and slower speeds and do that for 30 mins?
